- I just returned from an incredible trip. I'm going to be editing up a "proper video" over the coming week, but this is just a sneak peek at some of the amazing riding I had.
Been watching your videos for a while now and I have to say, your channel is one of the most underrated out there for adventure riding. Fabulous cinematography, great storytelling, and really engaging to watch. Thank you for all the effort that goes into the videos you make.
Brent, I absolutely love your videos! They are very cinematic and have the best color correction and lens filter use I have seen. You are my go-to resource for how to properly capture motorcycle videos. Keep up the great work!
Awesome. Certainly a "must ride" in Australia
Have you been using the drone you bought from Brent much?
@@dropbear9526 Yes, every time im out of town I use it. Its awesome
@@Nerb1 Good to hear you're happy with it. Looking forward to seeing some footage.
After watching your previous videos my expectations have been vindicated. Bring it on Brent, I can't wait and am so envious.
This is beautiful!! I loved the intro. Brilliant. And after watching your GoPro settings videos, I get a better understanding of how you created this. We’ll done!! - new fan
Awesome, looking forward to watching more. Cheers Jeff
Just bloody epic Brent! Wow are we in for a great show! Loved the way your "Trailer" built energy.. So much to see, can't wait. Many beers need to be sent your way.
Awesome as always! Looking forward to the rest.
Incredible. Can't wait for the full capture.
Great trailer! I can’t wait to see what you put together.
Amazing work on the video production! You are a great inspiration for us that want to make better videos! Thanks for sharing your work!
Looks great. Can’t wait for the full movie.

Well done. Make me want travel down that way.
What a wonderful video !
Very cool, nice bike fantastic country
Great colour grading Brent. Looking forward to the proper video.
It looked amazing well done
So good mate, can not wait for the full edit. Will be adding the Flinders Ranges to my wish list.
I actually recorded a special segment just for you..... showing you (specifically) a constrasting technique for camp cooking :-)
@@brentbat awesome, I look forward to the camp cook!
Excellent bring it on
Hi Brent. Some brilliant photography and scenery. Looking forward to seeing the full-length video. The Flinders' really are magic !
Great sneak peek. I’m one South Australian who enjoys riding in the Flinders, one who has been eagerly waiting for you and your drone to come over to SA and do the Ranges photographic justice!
I can’t wait to watch it.
Looking forward
Awesome stuff
LOL, I'm running out of money! Your IDBDR is really costing me. I had to buy a 2020 GSA. Ditch my DJI and buy a Skydio2. An InReach Garmin. I leave NC on June 25th to head to Glenns Ferry, ID to do the IDBDR. Now I need to fly to Down Under and do some riding!
The best videos of adventure riding on CZcams! I wish you would do Iceland. That is actually on my bucket list for next summer. Along with the WYBDR.
Thanks for all you do!
That was fantastic!
Just incredible scenery, can't wait for the full coverage, that drone coverage is just amazing . Cheers.
Looks awesome. I’m looking forward to the full video. Great to see you made some new friends on the ride.
certain channels make you excited when they release new vids yours is one of them mate. Pumped for parts 1 & 2 👍
Been waiting for something new from yourself ....
@@slug.racing You won't be disappointed almost back home after riding Sydney to Perth and back
@@MotoPassport excellent.. I await with baited breath
Wow! Amazing
You’re editing is just beautiful buddy! 🥰🙏 Waaaaaah Flinders is up there with my most favourite places to ride in our beautiful country! ⛰⛰⛰ You make me miss it so much! 😂🙏 Looking forward to the vid m8! 😁👍🍿🍷
Great work Brent
Extraordinary footage! The geology alone has me excited for more, let alone the riding and adventure. Bravo 👏🏼
Yeah the geology in the Flinders is quite incredible. One of the guys that was staying with me at Alpana went out looking for fossils and came back with an incredible fossil after just fossicking around for a while. He was off on a geological tour the next day.
Great teaser!
Nailed it Brilliant
Kick ass man! Incredible quality. The mountains are ok too 👌
Drone work is really good, but there's alot of it compared to mounted cam footage. This is really good work! Looking forward to what's next! Thanks for this and the effort it took from set-up to post!
Subscribed....Nice Vid Brent
I can't wait! I also need so swap my DJI for a Skydio!😭
Well done Brent! I'm looking forward to your upcoming videos. Too much Rock N' Roll for my heavy GSA but you make it look easy on your Husky.
Hey Roger... Yes, good point. The Flinders is pretty rocky and hilly.... but I would have down everything but the last 1/4 of Skytrek on my GS...... I would not have enjoyed it as much as the Husky for sure, but I could have done most on the GS. The Husky just makes it so effortless though... especially as I have a Rekluse clutch in. mine which makes going uphill so effortless.
@@brentbat Thanks for your reply. Nice to see you've got your Husky dialed in. Will you be in the U.S./West Coast this Summer/Fall. I have a big OR/WA/ID/MT 2 week trip planned in Sept but mostly on-road.
@@rogermeyer860 Hey Roger, I'm doing the CO BDR in Sept (9 days) , and then I'm doing a Utah/Arizona adventure ride in October (9 days)... both on a GS and both mainly on dirt.
Nailed it
Great stuff as always! I know you plan to split this to "the trip" and "video/behind the scenes stuff", but are you also doing/considering an overview of how the bike went? Particularity how it went vs. how you think the ride would have been if you did it on your GS?
Hey Brent, great job on the trailer. I too have downsized from a 1200GS to a 701LR and not missing the "pig wrestling" on the more technical stuff. I'm also looking forward to finding out both what route you took and what gear you packed for such a solo trip.
Hey Mark
Yes, I'll be publishing all my gpx files and after I do the ride videos I'll be doing a series on the gear I packed and more behind the scenes stuff (video gear etc.)
Enjoy the LR.... they Huskys are great bikes.
Wow
Great stuff mate,,any chance of a peek into the kit you take on trip like that,,,cheers
Yes, it so happens I'm going to be doing a whole video on the way I have set my bike up to support my video shoots, the gear I carry, how I pack/carry it, and how I use it.
Brent, great video. Do you keep route maps/ gpx files of your trips? Would you be willing to share?
Yes. Look in the CZcams description of the actual ride videos of Flinders and you’ll see a download link.
1:56 not solo. Or did you just run across them? Amazing video.
Ran into the 3 Victorians on the trip and ride Mt Samuel with them.

Your bags are far too loose and floppy.
Ah, bad form, mate! Even if it's noticeable, it's never good to talk about a man's bags!! 😁
