WRAPS DOLCI DI LENTICCHIE
100g farina di lenticchie gialle
60g farina di soja
3g lievito fresco oppure aggiungete 2g lievito per dolci prima di mettere in pentola
6g amido di maranta o maizena
210 ml acqua
Ripieno :
Marmellata, Tahina e deco con cioccolato fondente ❣️
Mescolare, coprire con pellicola a contatto. Lasciare lievitare
Poi rimescolare
Aggiungere sale
Se si è addensato troppo l'impasto, aggiungere un goccio di acqua
Scaldare la padella
Ungerla e versare un poco di impasto per una wrap.

SWEET LENTIL WRAPS
100g yellow lentil flour
60g soya flour
3g fresh yeast or add 2g baking powder before putting in the pan
6g maranta starch or cornstarch
210 ml water
Filling :
Jam, Tahina and deco with dark chocolate ❣️
Mix, cover with cling film. Leave to rise
Then stir again
Add salt
If the dough has thickened too much, add a drop of water
Heat the frying pan
Grease it and pour in a little dough for a wrap.
