@@acmulhernfirstly it's not like the Roman empire, u can't compare that to Palestine because Palestine is holy land for the Jews and they had ruled it for centuries and got expelled out of it several times, that's like what would happen if the Muslims got expelled out of the Hejaz, Mecca or Medinah. Or the Christians getting expelled out of Rome or Constantinople- which did happen for the most part.
Secondly if the Jews are closer to central Europe in their genetics- which is right to a certain extent(for Ashkenazi Jews that is, even tho most of them lived in eastern Europe) why do you think they got persecuted for centuries. Don't think ppl of the same race would commit genocide on each other.
And 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ you did not just say that Judaism began during the fall of the middle ages no pal they have been practising their religion 1800 years before Christianity or Islam.

You left out a couple of seriously important details. The UN proposed to create two states in the former British Palestine Mandate. Jewish leadership accepted. Arab leadership rejected the deal specifically because they were against any plan that would result in a nation for the Jews in that region of the world. They wanted the entirety, including Jerusalem, to be an Arab Muslim state. And they weren’t satisfied simply with protesting the plan. Instead, they kicked it up a thousand notches by declaring war on the new Jewish state, attacking with the intent to eliminate the new nation, and encouraging the local Arabs to leave their homes and villages while the invasion was being carried out. The Arab armies were driven back and ended up losing the war they started. When you start a war, as the surrounding Arab nations did, or ally yourself with the side who started the shooting, as the local Arab (later called Palestinian) population did, and then lose the war you started, you shouldn’t be surprised at the resulting negative consequences.

Plan Dalet has been the subject of much historical debate and controversy, particularly regarding its intentions and directives toward Arab villages. The text of Plan Dalet included provisions for securing areas within the proposed Jewish state and dealing with Arab villages based on their level of hostility and strategic importance. It specified various actions that could be taken, including the possible destruction of villages that were deemed hostile or were located in strategically critical areas.
The plan stated that in the case of resistance, the armed forces were to be destroyed and the population expelled outside the borders of the state. If no resistance was met, the area was to be controlled according to military considerations. In cases where hostile villages resisted or were located near Jewish settlements or vital lines of communication, the plan allowed for more severe measures, which included the destruction of the village through various means such as setting fire, blowing up buildings, and planting mines in the debris to prevent return.
These aspects of Plan Dalet have led to significant interpretation variations. Some historians argue that the plan was primarily defensive, aimed at securing and holding territory expected to be part of the new state and to ensure the safety of its inhabitants. Others view it as having laid the groundwork for expelling Palestinian Arab populations from strategic areas, thus facilitating demographic changes in favor of a Jewish majority in key areas. The implementation of the plan during the 1948 Arab-Israeli War led to numerous villages being depopulated and destroyed, which has been pointed to as evidence of both interpretations.

    HOLY SH!T
I've never in my life heard such a botched version of history told as if this is how things have happened.
I REALLY hope people don't believe you, even though the video sounds and looks really official.
I'll add the things you missed real quick (even though you should read the history for yourself because I also have holes in my knowledge).
So first of all most of the Arabs that lived during the end of WW2 were immigrants from nearby Arab nations, they came there to work for the British who owned the land, that didn't have an official title, nor was it recognised as a country. Second of all, Jews have been living in Israel for years and years before the second or first WWs. Third, Israel accepted those borders suggested by the UN, while the Arabs decided to ethnically cleanse all of the Jews, but failed luckily and Israel was made, though it was much bigger than we know it today. They gave a lot of that land back to Egypt and maybe Jordan for a peace agreement. It is true that there were horrible things done in that war, but then again, it was a war... And I do not appreciate the fact that Israel destroyed these Arabs' houses after they left/were killed, but it happened.
Please, if any of my facts are wrong, feel free to cite me an article that says otherwise, but until that happens, I would massively appreciate it if you'll report this video for misinformation. It twists history in a way it shouldn't be twist, especially not now.

Wikipedia says that in 1922 there were 589,177 Muslims; 73,024 Christians and 83,790 Jews. The brits did that Census according to Wikipedia, so according to that jews were a little over 10% of the population in Palestine and the vast majority were Muslims. So correct me if I am wrong, just google search Demographic history of Palestine and go to the Wikipedia Article to search for the data. So it looks just the opposite of what you said, the jews ethnically cleansed the arabs through forced deportation to make way for a jewish state.

The part you are incorrect over is where you insinuate that the Palestinian population wasn't there until the British needed jobs done. Yes, the state has never been called Palestine but them people have been there since the ottoman empire. A quick little bit of research will uncover that for you. You insinuate the land was just inhabited until the British empire came along and needed workers.

And sorry if it seems as if I wanted it to sound like no Arabs lived there before the British mandate.
Of course some Arabs were there for centuries, but so were some Jews, my point is that it doesn't give any side an automatic claim to the area. I'm only countering the video, not giving the full context to both sides.

That's because there were negotiations before of separating the land but the palestinians refused. They were planning of giving 55% of the land to the jewish refugees including the coasts and farming land that the palestinian economy heavily relied on. They said that they'll take the jews as citizens but they won't accept any separation of the land and in response they massacred them in order to scare the people into leaving. That is what caused other arab countries to react and gather their armies, but they were poor and just out of colonisation so they lost as the israeli army was backed by britain (the colonizers of the arabs) and the US.

In 1948, both funded israel and sent them the best weapons while the arabs were just out of decades of colonisation (some were still under European rule even) and poor. The arabs couldn't buy weapons from the enemy or even produce them and many people were still traumatized by the wars of independence. Regardless of what you think, the jews and palestinians have the same ancestors and they're indigenous to the land. Ben Gurion even believed that the palestinians will let go of their arab culture and join the jewish state since they had no racial link to the arabs (but they were descendants of the canaanites and samaritan jews that converted). That didn't happen of course and the division increased after the Nakba. Go watch the statements given by israeli soldiers during the massacre of Tantura (1948) for example. The local Jewish people councils approved the division proposed by the British, it was the Arabs who opposed this suggestion and started the war against Israel.

1.Missing the war following the UN declaration of Israel,
    2. missing the Israeli people’s right to return to their homeland,
    3. missing that many jews were living in today's Israel when the British and Turkish controlled the area, means not only immigration was populating the area.
    4. Not mentioning the main reason for “hagnah”s existence- to protect (hagna in Hebrew means defend) Jewish settlements that were on free lands,
    5. Missing out “the Arab revolt in Palestine” that erupted before UN deceleration of Israel, and exhibited the Palestinians and Arabs dedication to expel all those who live in the area jews and British alike.
