I like geometric shapes, so I'm comfortable with the overall design and execution of this year's production. Just saw a video on the autobaun with this model at 120 mph very quiet and stable...impressed😎

I actually love the design, more so than the previous 2018 model and the 2021 one after.
Yeah, the 2021s have questionable styling too, but I love that Hyundai is not afraid of taking risks.
No doubt, the 2021 does look good but the biggest turnoff is the new CVT that replaces the torque converter auto. I know they say it works really good and has a chain hi dense belt but I still dunno. The increase in gas mileage is not enough to make me feel better about my concerns of reliability of their (IVT) CVT. The Bose that replaces the infinity is a major plus though.
@@sweetsuductress Only time will tell if Hyundai's CVT will be prove reliable especially with a new design. Fingers crossed! 🤞🏾

That new design is actually pretty cool.
I love mine, gas mileage is great unless you put it in sport mode. I was looking for something less expensive but reliable. Great little car and the body style grows on you after a while.

Does this engine have a chain or a timing belt ?
It should be a timing chain. However, I suggest double-checking with your local Hyundai parts department to be certain.
I just bought one and the syspension is stiffer than I would like it to be. Also the seats are not very comfortable. Otherwise it's a decent car for the orice.
