When you first showed the yarn I admit to some yarn envy😅. Then as you started, I thought the beautiful pattern would be lost in the color changes of the yarn. Howeer, magically the pattern emerged as you crocheted and the finished items are exquisite. It's beyond me how you keep developing such wonderful patterns. You also demystified beading for me. I'll have to get one of those needles. Thank you for all of this.
This includes sizes S, M-L, XL-2X, and 3X-4X. These stitches (lace) has a lot of ease built in. That said, I highly recommend that you have a shirt or top that fits you well nearby as a guide for the sizing as you crochet. There is nothing magical about the stitch numbers if gauge and sizing are not checked often.😊
Is your silk a 2 or 3 weight ? Would like to know. I have a cotton that is a 2 that would be beautiful to use! Love ❤️ your works🎉! Have done both the Abigail shawl and blanket. They turned out beautifully! Thank You so much for sharing your talent that God has given you!🎉
This is a #3 weight, but it is VERY thin and works more like a #2. A thinner yarn (#1 or #2) would be preferred on this top. I used a #1 weight on the dress and it worked well. Definitely give that #2 cotton a try. As long as you are mindful of the gauge, and periodically try the top on as you go, you should be fine.
The Renaissance neckline goes so well with the Celtic weave! Very, very nice.
You are such a great teacher and an even better designer! Simply amazing….

I love this. I have looked all over for the yarn and cant find any sobi guessi will have to order.
Please feel free to use any sport weight yarn instead. The fabric in this design is very forgiving and flexible.
Hi, beautiful work. I purchased the pattern, can it be made out of cotton?
Crochet dresses are so chic are in style on the runway. I am sure crochet pants and skirts 👖 are possibly.
Yes indeed! My friend and designer Doris Chan has designed shorts and pants should you be interested in looking up her work.
Is it possible to make the neck opening smaller? Is there a multiple that can be used? It’s a beautiful design!
You can subtract multiples of 12.
@@BonnieBayCrochet thank you! This is a keeper for me. It will be my next project!
I love the look of this! What sizes are included in the pattern?
