    Very helpful. Thank you for sharing. I just started focusing in the spring in my landing positions. This is a great exercise to do at the gym this summer as I wait to return to the ice in September

    Hilfteiches Video. Vielen Dank 🙏🏻! 👍 Die Auslaufposition ist insgesamt schön. Allerdings finde ich die Hand/ Fingerhaltung unschön. Ich bevorzuge Hände, die sich formschön und ästhetisch am Ballett orientieren.
