The traffic here does not bother me. It took me 45 minutes to get from South Brooklyn to Downtown Brooklyn in NY in rush hour with traffic flowing. This is a breeze. I'm always surprised at how quickly i get to places here.

    What are the major allergens?
Are there any good summer camps for kids? After school programs?
What are the best and most affordable neighborhoods for families?
Are there houses for multi generational families? More specifically and 1 level with finished, walk out basement?

Watching on my TV and commenting using my phone 🤦🏻‍♂️. Moved here from SoCal a year ago - traffic here is a joy compared to what I was used to 🤣

Yes! I have to catch myself when I complain about traffic because it's so much better than other metros I've lived in.

I agree that coming from CA, the traffic is a breeze. The summers are not as hot, and the food scene is lacking, though.

Appreciate the video Sir Ashley! As a recent transplant myself, your videos have certainly helped guide my experiences here. As a former NYer, the traffic is certainly laughable but having lived here over a year now, i get your sentiment about not wanting to travel more than 15 minutes 😂. Keep up the good work, Sir!

Hello Dave, thanks for watching! Its funny how we adapt so quickly, a 15 minute trip before wouldve been welcomed, but now..its too far of a drive. lol.
      Thanks again brother💪🏿

Traffic in charlotte is funny. Im from Brooklyn, New York. A lot of their traffic comes from being noisy

#1 is so true. It is rare to meet someone that is actually from here. I also agree with if it takes more than 15 minutes to get somewhere, I have to think long and hard about going 🤣🤣🤣

I plan to move to NoDa in Charlotte early next year, and I wanted to get your opinion on the newly constructed railway that leads to the central city. Is it safe and reliant? I live in AZ, which has the highest sex trafficking risk in the US and it’s a risk to go on buses here. I want to make sure I stay safe while also saving money. Thanks!!

@@CharlotteNewConstructionHomes Yes, we went to Yunta (Peruvian) and it was stellar! Still finding our way with the local spots in Steele Creek but we found some go to places that we have already patronized several times (i.e., Luigi's Pizza, Masa Sushi, etc.). Also we are HOOKED on CRUMBL Cookies! Looking forward to trying out more hotspots!

Hey Sir Ashley! I’m moving to Charlotte region this June from out of state. I’d like to rent a home for 1 year to transition. Is it best to contact a realtor ahead of time to find a rental easier?
    Thanks for the content!!

Unfortunately most realtors dont work with rentals. But reach out to me at the beginning of May and I will try to put you in contact with one that does. info@sirashley.com

I’m making that move very soon in the next 90 days. Is it best to work with a realtor for an apartment?

    • @CharlotteNewConstructionHomes
      @CharlotteNewConstructionHomes  Před rokem

No. If you’re wanting an apartment I advise to reach out to the apartment directly and ask and move in specials
