    Bought a Traeger (old school model Pro 34) today and I have literally been watching ALL your videos since 4 am !! My husband is a truck driver so he can’t watch BUT I am taking notes! Yes it’s 2022 but dude you are the best I have seen so far (Whataburger gurl and former CORP employee here in Jacksonville, Florida) I am buying all your spices and taking notes because this Memorial Weekend I have SHRIMP!!

    We cooked our Thanksgiving turkey with the mayonnaise method and it was excellent. No mayo taste and super juicy.

    Is Honey Hog Hot very spicey? Also, Good I go with The Gospel on the bone side and Honey Hog on the top? Or all Honey Hog on both? Which gives the best flavor profile? Oh, I plan on not wrapping as well. Thanks.

    so only spritz with apple cider vinegar in the first 2.5 hours when the ribs are open and out of foil I'm assuming?

    Quick question. I have a Pit Boss vertical smoker but I'm looking to upgrade. Which Traeger would you recommend? Its just my wife and I (sometimes my daughter) but I'd want one that has the WiFi so i can use the app. Thanks!! P.S. love the video and LOVE your products!!

    I love Texas BBQ but What-a-burger is no way near as good as in-n-out. Shake shack is also better.
