    Really enjoyed your video!! I have never cooked a brisket & new to the Traeger grill. I will be trying a brisket cook soon. I have a Pro 22 Traeger grill, what size brisket would you suggest to start with since I don’t have any experience yet? Thanks

    I have just bought the 1300 and it will be my first pellet bbq I noticed the chicken windpipe were palaces on the top level and right hand side. Is their a reason for this ?

      Looked a bit overcooked to me. Seemed like it was crumbling a bit, but I bet it was still good.
