Hey man! I’m pissed of with choosing a b2b niche! What should I do?
Thank you, here's my summary to help me remember your tips.
1. Spend half an hour a day finding high converting sales pages and writing them out by hand, to help you learn the persuasion tactics used.
2. Write 10 headlines a day. Pick a product or topic and write 10 headlines for it.
(Headline formula: Something the user wants + an objection + a timeline)
3. Go through your emails from the past 30 days. Did you take an action on it? What were the things that got you to click, open, take an action? Is there anything in the copy that got you to take even more action like make a purchase?
4. Read your copy out loud.
5. Spend 30 minutes a day (or however long,) writing copy. Create FB ads for a fake product, write a sales page, etc. You have to have confidence to get people to take a specific action.
If you do all those things you'll get better at copywriting and make more money.

I particularly like the first 2 exercises, it's nice to come across some practical advice as good as this. I can't do exercise 3 though, as I don't open sales emails sent to me, no matter how enticing they are. I guess I've studied copywriting too much to let myself get reeled in 😆

True that. I only open sales letters (1) if they're from someone.something I already have interest in and signed up for, (2) to study how the sender structures/writes his/her sales letters. 🤣

I read a few places where people with minimal talent but who were serious& practiced were very successful.i also read where a few newbies who put in some studying are already making $8- $11000 a month.thats pretty amazing without having a degree.im going to give this a try because I like to write too.

When handwriting a coPy would you suggest handwriting fresh copy each day, or sticking to just one for a week?
In regards to no. 3, I have RARELY found an email headline that captures my attention. Almost all get deleted right away, even when comes in from a course that I know is valid and that I am interested in, I just say "I'll read it later" because I am doing something else that is taking my focus.
Hey. Great tips and really engaging video. I wanted to ask though, even if we're writing for a fake product or course like you said, don't you need research to start writing? Like the target audience and level of awareness and all those things? How do I deal with that when I'm writing copy for imaginary stuff?

Where do I find popular sales pages?
Yo Sean - Rewriting sales pages - what if we don't get sold on most sales pages? And how do we find those pages that might sell us? I can't remember the last time a sales page alone has sold me anything. It's generally landing on a page where I know the company/brand from hundreds of other touchpoints.
Any tips on overcoming being shy on camera?
