Filming my morning routine would be so boring. Shuffle to the kitchen - find coffee - shuffle to the couch - drink coffee while trying to wake up. 🙂 My family knows to not even talk to me before coffee.

Lauren, we put a scoop of baking soda in the washer with the clothes. It gets rid of the odors out and helps to get the build-up out of your towels and softens them too.

Yes, please! Let us see the finished office. Have you ever tried adding white vinegar to your laundry? It helps to tame stinky clothes, particularly if you have a brief soak cycle option on your machine.
I agree with the scent of lemons for cleaning. Majority of all my cleaning products is either lemon or scent free
So sorry. As a person that survived both a miscarriage and a stillborn I understand the pain. It’s a difficult time that only improves over time. You never get the why you need. We your CZcams community will be praying for you and Mark and the boys.

I live in europe and we don’t have superstores like that ^^ we buy things like that maybe every 10-12 years at a specific store …

I started using white vinegar to get summer sweat smells out of hubby's yard work clothes. I made such a difference I now add it to all of our laundry and have been super pleased with how clean our clothes smell. We have well water, front load washer and I make our laundry detergent without sent.
Hello! I add vinegar to disinfect & brighten my towels & my husband's work clothes. I add it to the bleach compartment in the washer. Works beautifully, without "burning" clothes with bleach. Cheers from Canada 🇨🇦
Always remember those consoles can be a dresser, have bins in them for any dresser and bins on top for socks, glove inserts - mittens, hats. It's what our house does no big dressers.

Also some of the people channels I watch from Alaska etc say at times it's hard to get stuff ship to them from us or other websites and not a whole lot of places to go to if get sick or for good activities. Nothing wrong with the lemon scent like she said in the video

Good haul today, love the teddy bear shirt. How did the drawers look once home. What a nice idea to do the Costco sample plate, now Everett isn’t missing out😅😅 Luna is such a beautiful cat, affectionate and mischievous, great combo.

We have the stinking laundry issue too, the best way I have found to get out the deep lingering smells is to get some laundry enzyme cleaner, fill the tub or sink and soak the worst of the worst offender for a day, put the enzyme directly on the stinky areas and rub into fabric then let soak. Once you get the initial stink out it should be good for a couple wears. You can use the enzyme like a stain remover before washing and it should keep the stink out. I had to buy the enzymes from Amazon, so I’m not sure how easy it will be to find in your area but I’ve heard of ppl online using homemade recipes with vinegar for deep cleaning clothes but I have not tried any of them, yet.

I started buying a container of OxyClean with a purple lid. I think it is called odor blaster. I put a small scoop in each load of laundry and it helps to get out some of those tough odors that seem to collect. It is just a nice clean scent. I bought it to try in my towels and liked it so much that I put it in everything. Good luck with those boy smells. I am a boy mom also and for some reason they just seem to smell. LOL My boys also wanted to start wearing some cologne, so I let them start using some body spray like Axe just to make them feel a little manly when they were at the awkward age. I felt like cologne was a little too much, but the body spray could be done without over doing it.

I have a 15 year old step son who is stinky too and I switched to Tide Sport and finally the smell came out of his clothes. And I use All Free and Clear detergent on everything else

I use vinegar for softener and to help with stinky clothes. Down side is that I usually need to double rinse to get the vinegar scent out😊
Yeah! From PN New Zealand here! Whoop whoop! Over here we cut the Kiwis in half then use the spoon to scoop out mouthfuls and eat it right off the spoon. Yummo!

For your laundry , get the Lysol disinfectant and you put it where you would put the Clorox bleach and your clothes will smell good . Also along with adding your scent beads and Downey softener
Pine Sol also helps with grease/stains and smell!
For the candles, i would recommend a candle warmer instead of using fire for them, best purchase ever for someone that is paranoid about burning the house down LOL
My wife refills our two Tupperware bins 26x 6 in deep everytime my grandbabies are here 2 times a month. She let's them pick out their own jellys, hazelnut spread, peanut butter. She either wraps them in parchment 1 slice filled sandwiches or the ziplock snack bags. Those hold 40 half sandwiches so alot of bread per bin. Or She uses gallon ziplocks whatever fits in their freezer. This way they have time to make their own frozen spread sandwiches for school or on the go pulling. In fall & winter she will also give them a flat of evaporated milk and big boxes of single pkgs of cocoa or cappuccino for the big kids. so they can make microwaved drinks before school for their lunch yeti. They pour it right in. Choosing cocoa over tea or juice is better than energy drinks. But that flat of 12 of evaporated milk with cocoa is passed around to their friends, neighbor kids in the colder months. Their friends will add coffees, flavorings. They are a prime house to stop at during sled, snowboard, days off seasons. Being a grandparent us fun. We get to buy the joys. We can buy little things in bulk like chefboyar'd micro cups keeps them fueled when there's not a crockpot a brewing.

The toy section at costco is where I have been shopping for Christmas donations for years but everything shrunk in size and more than doubled in price.....just won't be able to match previous yrs this year

Cacao powder is an excellent choice for fiber and flavanoids. I have 2tbl in my smoothie. A serving does contain 50 mgs of caffeine ( like drinking half a cup of coffee) Cacao is a healthy addition to your smoothie

I buy battery candles the little ones and put them into glass jars. So fun and you can leave them on without worry.
Soaking whites or white towels in the washer machine with hot water, detergent and some bleach over an hour or more gets my things super brand new white. I use baking soda sometimes just as a booster because it deodorizes and whitens at the same time.

For stinky clothes try vinegar and baking soda. I add the baking soda to the laundry and then put vinegar in the bleach tray. My husband works in automotive and his clothes use to stink, now they don’t. He is allergic to bleach and any fabric softener, so I had to find a solution. Also for stinky towels the vinegar alone works. Plus my washer never gets that funky smell to it and it is WAY cheaper for the huge bag of baking soda and large bottle of vinegar.

@@ThisAlaskaLife I also pour baking soda in my drains about every 3 months. Then some vinegar to keep the stink down. I do it in the showers and sinks in every bathroom and in the kitchen.
Also after you change your AC filter I flush the drain pipe with vinegar and then some warm water. Living in Florida our AC gets this pink goo in the lines if you are not careful. It will block the drain and then shut the AC down.

OxiClean with the purple trim is the best for removing odors and freshening things like towels. You can either fill your whole washing machine with hot water and OxiClean or in a separate container if you want to use cold water. I use regular laundry detergent with it.
Went to Costco today and bought the white bowls and then saw your video lol love them! Washed them up and perfect for salad for dinner tonight. Girl you need them!

I like the white vinegar in with my towels washing. Conditions them. No vinegar odor.
Another great video, the sample expert was missed but great to see him trying new things at the end. A quick tip when washing towels, add 1 cap of white vinegar to your wash and they will stay soft and fluffy for longer and you don't smell the vinegar

One thing shoppers don't always realize (and likely the reason you were handled the extra full samples), the food demo people have target "quotas" to meet and hopefully exceed. When shoppers actually purchase the item (especially multiples!) it's tallied up.

Headlamp should be rechargeable. I bought one for backpacking and I use it every day around my house.
Frozen fruit makes fruit leathers in the winter for a good price. I like to buy the mixed varieties and do 50-75% fruit to apple. I tend to do more apple for frozen berries as they can be quite tart and the apple helps to sweeten it up. Its also good if you do just apple with some cinnamon mixed in
I always use Vinager instead of Dawny. It's much cheaper and more natural! My clothes are really soft and smell fresh and clean! Especially my towels! Vinegar helps turn my towels from a dingy color to Bright White!

Look up how to "strip" towels and clothes. Also putting white vinegar in the fabric softener slot or on the rinse cycle does wonders for odor.

On a whim I bought a huge pumpkin the other day from Sam's club ~it's sitting on my front porch by my tri-color mums...
I also bought another huge pumpkin and drilled holes in it and then filled it full of peanut butter, diced apples, nuts &ssquirrel food...the squirrels are loving it! I have noticed a few birds eatting it as well.
I am almost done with my Christmas shopping already this year!
I just have my boyfriends ear buds, my granddaughter 2 outfits from Amazon to order, then all I have left is to go to the bank and draw out $500 cash ($200 for my son - because he wants some hunting thingy I have no clue about ~ thought I'd give him cash he can order what he wants~ $200 for my daughter-in-law. because I am out of idea's-she can get whatever she wants & $100.00 for my granddaughter we decided since she has more toys than she needs - her papa & I are paying for a year's worth of Disney+ & popcorn.
I learned last year, that as soon as you see something you want to buy for someone for Christmas, get it when you see it because it won't be there the next time in store.
This year I am using the large rope baskets for my "wrapping" lol I am wrapping each persons presents with tissue paper then putting their presents in their own rope basket then using jute string to tie a homemade wooden ornament with their name on it (with the 2022 written on the back of the ornament) and then I am laying a super soft large cozy throw ontop with a bow. (skipping the stocking~ everything will be in their basket and they can take it all home and then use the basket for whatever.) I decided instead of buying a bunch of bags and christmas wrapping paper, I would just buy the rope baskets (found them on sale about 3 months ago) ~ I thought by giving them their presents in baskets everything but the tissue paper is useable.

Those little white bowls are brilliant I have had a set for about 12 months or more and use them all the time. I also have a marble look set same shape and both are my go to bowls for serving food. Love Costco furniture I have a kitchen island that I bought a couple of years ago and use it all the time. The dresser you bought for the boys is very nice. Thank you Lauren for the breakfast sausage recipe as we don’t get jimmy deans in Australia I really appreciated it. I haven’t made it yet but it is on the list for near future. Gardening more important at the moment it’s spring here and the weather is perfect in Queensland.
