Since we opened our business, LC Double Reeds, back in 2017, we have received quite a lot of questions over time about the CHANG 昌 Series knives that we sell and their origin. Did we design them? Is CHANG 昌 another company whose knives we sell? Is it simply a copy of another well-known knife? With this short video, we at LC Double Reeds hope to answer some of those questions and give you some insight into the history of the development of our first ever products: the CHANG 昌 series knives.
