    Good stuff. One critique.
    My man, you should be throwing the ball UP on the upward motion of the squat catching it then going down with the ball. More resistance that way.
    Doing the squat on the way down the way you showed it is good too.
    Just alternate.

    This is perfect.
    I probably said home for a week being sick. So I've had to do a lot of home workouts with the few dumbbells and medicine ball I have (which sucks even more cuz I was just getting back into the playground losing the weight). I've been running out of ideas how to mix it up. This is perfect love it❤️💪🏋️

    Nice video this, the medicine ball is a great way to work out because it's not your normal workout everyday routine, the exercises you do with both the dead ball and the wall ball is a lot of fun I give my students a variety of exercises to get them in top shape, many of them have lost the pounds and have really toned up.

    Yeah I can't do HIIT i think. Back issues but I know I can do a lot of these if I adapt (and ask a workout trainer) and slow it down. Mine is coming in today so looking for vids.

    Great exercises - My only issue with the routine shown is at 6:00 since the slam and "modified" slam work muscles on the opposite side of the body (Slam hitting lats, abs, triceps, while holding the ball hits delts, traps, lower back, and biceps).
    Holding can't just replace the slam without completely throwing off the balance of the full routine. It's still a great exercise - just not a true alternative to the slam.
