- Inspired by the designs of legendary 1920s architect Rosario Candela, 15 Central Park West is an homage to the opulence of old-school luxury apartment buildings in New York. Completed in 2008, the Robert A.M. Stern-designed building cost nearly $1 billion to construct, and has been home to the likes of Sting, Denzel Washington, and Bob Costas.

Omg! How horrifying to discover the kitchen walls built with "common plaster board"!😅
Millions of dollars for drywall? What a dump!
No one is talking about the hair helmet girl?
Plasterboard. Dang.
The building doesn't have laws against knocking apartments into one...that's going to play havoc with the peace and quiet and structure of the building..completely mess it up!
I just realized that I had dinner here last year during my freshman year of college. I was at a trustee dinner for my school and they hosted it here. The wife of the CEO of Goldman Sachs is one of the trustees and took us all out to dinner.
I stayed here once when part of the address was the Mayflower Hotel.
Plaster board!!! Exactly my point. In ten years, the leaks start and everything goes awry. Trump's buildings are the same way. Give me the Dakota, The Beresford, The San Remo, etc Built in grand style and built to last.
Those are co-ops. Good luck with that.
I would like to be elite.
Abraham lived in a tent and is a lot more famous.
I didn't watch this but wasn't Bob Costa Mr Rogers piano man??
plasterboard??? wtf??
What is the point!? We all are still going to pass away, maybe even to eternal "paradise"
This is my Dream Building, but I must say... The common rules here are pretty tight IMO.
You could call this a luxurious detention center....
Didn't Robert De Niro rent a floor for $125,000 a month.
I don't care how much money you have. That's just stupid for that place. You can get a beautiful mansion in the suburbs for a year's rent in that dump.

Why is the music is so loud? I can barely hear the words.
Turn down the volume on your speakers, you idiot. Why are you so stupid?
Sounds great to me, the narrators voice is booming powerful.
David Loehmann Why are you so angry? lol
@@ddbrnaujaliai6185 Its too bad that you see anger in a simple question. You obviously need help. Maybe take yourself to a therapist and good luck! 👍
It's very nice...........For a flat.
Uh...Bob Costas is cool and a Syracuse graduate❗🎤👍
Nog voor geen miljoen zou ik daar willen wonen en dat meen ik.
Fun. Start a report about excess with Ecclesiastes.
Who is the narrator?
Chevy Tunt
Uh...Marv Albert "YES" 🎤
Vulgar, gaudy, pretentious waste of time, space and money. So, you’ve got money to burn and you want to impress your friends. Get new friends and spend your money wisely on other things that need taking care of, like poor people, animals in distress and generally making the world a better place for everyone else. It’s called empathy, and it will make you feel so much better in the long run than massaging your ego.
People love telling others how to spend their money.
Funny how you took that scripture totally out of context. There WON'T BE a second time around. THIS, is YOUR heaven on earth, because you will NOT make it there.
'It is easier for a camel to get through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter the gates of heaven.
#classdismissed 👏🏾👏🏾
Let me give you another saying : ‘ Its easier for a Camel to enter the eye of a needle than for a poor man to enter a building of means
Disgusting
