I've followed this property for awhile. One of a kind and amazing. The deck/balcony seems like it would work better in theory, than real life though. NYC has horrible winters, where I don't think that kind of furniture could be exposed. An earlier rendering featured a hot tub out there. That would work better, in my opinion. But for summers, what a wonderful view.
I would sit on my balconies and 👻draw✍️and paint🎨🖼️ the New York skyline from as many🙌 different📐 angles as I could find.
I love it that it looks like the roof of a castle.
And the balcony is great.
