  • This is hanging the inner bed and floor. This step you pretty much put all the aluminum together then take it apart, then put it back together. It is time consuming but critical to get everything straight, true and square. All the body panels hang on this so it has to be positioned correctly for the body lines and seams to be perfect. Still fun! I spent about 20 hours on this stage but that included doing a bunch of wiring, some fiberglass fitting, sealing every seam and taking my time to get it just right.

    What kind of rivet gun are you using? Not sure if the one I have will work with the rivets the kit requires. Picking up a donor car soon and hoping to start the build myself.
