    Farms got some well kept red power. They don't have invested in all their horsepower the price of one newer tractor and it still gets the job done with class. I'd love to have that 1456! Just finished up planting milo with a 1086 and a 12 row Kinze RF. Still an awesome heavy no till planter

    We run 11 internationals here. Ranging from a 1941 Farmall b n to a 2017 Case IH 75 c. We use them to prepare seedbeds make a move pastures and grind feed and most anything else you can think of on a cow-calf operation that also raises the crops to feed them probably our proudest possession is my grandfather's 1947 Farmall m that still is used to pull a manure spreader. It is what the international club cause of heritage tractor it has been in our family since it was new it's sitting on his sixth set of rear tires and including the original engine the block in the head have housed five sets of rings slaves Pistons bearings and valves. I guess he made a good investment

    Experts: Why is there of a roll cage around the cab?

    • @bigtractorpower
      @bigtractorpower  Před rokem

      In 1976 the United States implemented a Roll Over Protection law for all tractors. ROPS were required on all tractors. The 4186 was a new model for 1976 but it’s design and cab dates back to the 4100 introduced in 1965. The 2+2 tractor was in development in 1976 to replace the 4186 for model year 1979. Rather than develop a new ROPS cab OH built a ROPS frame around the existing cab on the 4186.
