Well done taking it out of shallow drive 😂
I’m hoping to buy a Stryker Pro 500 next spring with a Tohatsu MFS40 Jet and the new Tohatsu MFS30DETL to swap for river and lake use.
I think that would be a sweet combo.
Do some research on inflatables before purchasing a Stryker that has no elbows connected to the transom. That motor puts all the stress on the tube connection that is either glue or welded, but will see a short life for such a design. Stryker is a low end boat at a high end price. You can get a much much better inflatable for the same price. Yes, on a Tohatsu though. Cheers,
We always see you fish and operate the boat from the stern.
Is it advisable to fish from the bow/front of the boat. I know it has that wooden floor piece longer models, and the bow is also angled up on the newer models.
Should we stay off the front end the boat for the reason?
Hi Eugene, you can fish from anywhere. I am usually operating the tiller, so at the back controlling the boat as well 😎⚓️
Does it affect performance of the motor at full speed
Yes it will decrease your top speed a few MPH
You don't find water that clean looking in the north east.
