    I fell down the stairs a few months ago, I've been recovering a lot over the past few months and watching all your videos has given me a new found motivation to start calisthenics as soon as I fully recover, and if I happened to win the giveaway it would make this journey easier and who knows maybe within a few years after my recovery I could be doing the human flag, but until I recover I'll just sit in bed with my ice pack.

    I am utterly excited due to your video!     Im just about 2 months into calisthenics, I switched from weight training because I thought bodyweight training seemed way more fun and rewarding. A muscle-up is one of the goals I set when I first started and I'm hoping to get one before summer thanks to this video :)
