if i do every second day pull ups and push ups ? can i get good body wiht diets of corse
How come I can do front lever and dragon flag but can’t do a back lever and handstand 😭
As a 14 year old and a beignner i can do all of them
I recommend learning the elbow lever as one of the first skills. It’s so easy and only requires 1-3 days practice

Will it help me to get a six pack?
Question, I just got into workout out and my body is a complete mess.... Is it fine for the beginning if I'm doing this + repeating some of the exercises a second time to generally build my core strength? I feel like this doesn't seem like a full workout since most of the time people say between 30- 1 hour.. but after somewhat 10 minutes I'm done.... Can I expect progression from this?

I remember learning this and I was so scared to try it but once I did it felt super easy. Now have mastered the back lever thanks to it. Great exercise for shoulder mobility 👍🏻❤️💪🏻
