  • For over 20 years, Australian Mazda performance power house Promaz, has specialised in everything rotary engine powered. From mild street engines to utterly wild race applications, Promaz also carries out complete driveline and EFI tuning upgrades. We caught up with the team while they were piecing together a very high output 3-rotor 20B engine capable of over 1500hp for Rowdys Garage.

I have found and saved the rarest Mazda FC RX7 ever made! Now this car is rare. Really rare! Let me break this down really quick...
Ever heard of the rare 100 GTUs rx7s? Only 40 have ever been claimed and only 6 are confirmed at the time of this posting! Here are the rarest rx7 FC3S models:
      1500 10AE Turbo models
      1400 infini
      1000 winning limited
      150 final edition convertible
      100 GTUs...
      out of that 100:
      83 red on black
      10 black on black
      7 white on blue
There was only 100 GTUs models created between 1989 and 1991.
If you own one of these rare models sign your car up to the registry list here on any of the rotary forums!

You could submerge them and clean them and the always hold calibration. Unlike the modern stuff even the electronic ones where they rely on grease and/or piezo sensors that need frequent calibration.

This man needs his own YT channel, dude is a natural. Out of curiousity, what would be the cost of a billet 20b installed on a 2006 RX8?

Depending on where you are at…. Defined auto works near Columbus Ohio builds a 4 rotor for about 40k. I watched him do a 1-5 gear pull in the country and it was unreal. It puts out about 700 NA and 1200 with boost.

Beast of a engine and assembly, just imagine the time and effort of just the engineering drawings and measurements and then having a real good CNC machinist and have everything as perfectly round and centered, that a factory engine will have nothing on this beast no matter how you look at it ?
Norton products are great stuff as well, there's a lot of USA based performance products which people should be using to save a lot of money especially when using hi speed air tools and sanding disc's, its worth investing in hi quality products that way your not spending so much extra money on items, which are used all the time which norton sell the merit brand, which is so much better product.
I used to sell the brand called merit products, i think they might be the same, but sold them in kits and they outlast anything 3M can make and are a little expensive, but if it can go through hastelloy metal and inconel alloys with a 400 grit 3" disc pad and the same from 3M you would have a 100 grit and spend 3 to 4 times as much to try and get the same result, The afterburner rings on a F18 hornet are made from Hastelloy alloy just imagine what it can do to most normally alloys and metals, basically they make so many different sanding disc's and shapes that i sold a few to the V8 supercars racing teams including Larry Perkins in Moorabbin workshop and also others as well, but mainly to aircraft maintenance companies including qantas and Ansett when ansett was around. :)
