very cool build, the screen porch was great.
That is a cool house! I love the screened porch but would enclose that and use it as a downstairs master with a sliding barn door for privacy. Then the other kid room can be upstairs and you could expand the kitchen back into the current downstairs bedroom space.
It would be nice if, along with all the other info, the price was shared as well. Just a thought.
I LOVE the porch!
This is an amazing space. I would've really loved to have seen a better walkthrough of the "daughters" room. We just got to see the one side. Also it doesn't say the width of this model. Also is the 36 foot including the porch? Could the living space extend there for a more roomy kitchen which could include a washer dryer combo?
Is this the world's first 200k tiny house? How much does it cost to but something like this?
I tried to look on the website- In the Bathroom is that a bath Tub only or is there a shower as well ?
what did you paint the inside of the tub with and why?
May I ask, where they found the distressed linoleum?
What's the square footage? It's a nice house.
It is 36' long so the basic footprint is 300 sq.ft. That does not include the lofts. It was built by Perch & Nest which can be found at www.perchandnest.com/.
There are several great features of this thow; the kitchen, however, is not one of them. Cute stuff, but the tiny space allotted the cooktop is ridiculous and a little bit dangerous. One almost must face the sink and cook sideways. Furthermore, it is right up against the refrigerator. Awkward *and* impractical. Now, I'm going to go out on a limb and say this tiny home is *very* high-end with a price tag to match. Someone had better come up with a more logical arrangement, there or they will spend all their time reheating takeout in the microwave. Wait. There's no microwave? Looks like sammies and chips dining in your very expensive thow.
Screen porch is great, though!
