Machu Picchu ( Peruvian Andes)

. I have always had a fascination with the Incas and it is great to be able to present these lovely photos of Machu Picchu up close. I hope to get to South America myself, one day.. but until then, I can enjoy visiting by proxy & hope you do too. There are some very nice shots of the Condor in flight & at rest .Thanks very much to my friend Rhohun who took every one of these great photos! Apart from those of Machu Picchu itself, my favourite is of the resting llama ! The background music is from one from my old vinyl record collection called 'Music of the Incas' by group called Pachacamac (said on the record sleeve to be 'a septet of musicians dedicated to the presentation and preservation of the Incan musical traditions...')
