"Olé olé olé, olé olé olé olá
      Oh, soy de Nightwish
Es un sentimiento, no puedo parar"
While translated into English it doesn't have much rhyme, it would be something like:
"Olé olé olé olé, olé olé olé olé olé olé olá.
      Oh, I'm from Nightwish
      It's a feeling, I can't stop".
"Olé" is, in this case, an expression used to show support or encouragement towards the recipient of the song (in this case, the band).
The chant originally arose in the soccer fields in the 50's. Here, in Argentina, that sport is lived with a LOT of passion (to an unhealthy level in many cases), and the expression "I'm from" implied belonging and attachment to the soccer team, indicating that they were going to support them forever.
In this case, people chanting "I'm from Nightwish" means that the band is a passion and something deeply rooted in them.
It is extremely common at concerts of any band for such a chant to come out here.
