സാമ്പാർ പൊടിയ്ക്കുള്ള ചേരുവകൾ
മല്ലി - 1 കപ്പ്‌ (75 ഗ്രാം)
വറ്റൽമുളക് - 1 കപ്പ്‌
കാശ്മീരി ചില്ലി - 10 എണ്ണം
ഉലുവ - 2 ടീസ്പൂൺ
ഉഴുന്നുപരിപ്പ് - 2 ടീസ്പൂൺ
ഉണക്കലരി or പച്ചരി - 2 ടീസ്പൂൺ
കടലപ്പരിപ്പ് - 2 ടേബിൾസ്പൂൺ (30 ഗ്രാം)
കറിവേപ്പില - അര കപ്പ്‌
വെളിച്ചെണ്ണ - 2 ടേബിൾസ്പൂൺ
സാമ്പാർ
എല്ലാ മലയാളികൾക്കും ഒഴിച്ച് കൂടാനാവാത്ത ഒരേയൊരു വിഭവം ഏതാണെന്ന് ചോദിച്ചാൽ എല്ലാർക്കും ഒരുത്തരമേ കാണൂ.
അത് നമ്മുടെ സാമ്പാർ ആണ്.
പുറത്ത് നിന്ന് വാങ്ങാതെ നമ്മൾക്ക് തന്നെ പെട്ടന്ന് തന്നെ സാമ്പാർ പൊടി തയ്യാർ ചെയ്യുവാൻ കഴിയും.

സാമ്പാർ പൊടി പരിചയപ്പെടുത്തിയതിൽ വളരെ സന്തോഷം🙏
ഒരാളുടെ cooking expertise അറിയാൻ അവർ ഉണ്ടാക്കിയ സാമ്പാർ കഴിച്ചാൽ മതി എന്ന് കേട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഞാൻ കോളേജിൽ പഠിക്കുമ്പോൾ സാമ്പാർ ഉണ്ടാക്കി ശരിയായില്ല. അതിനു ശേഷം എന്തോ സാമ്പാർ ഉണ്ടാക്കാൻ confidence ഇല്ലാതെ ആയി. ശരിയാവില്ല എന്നൊരു തോന്നൽ. പിന്നീട് ഒരിക്കൽ ഒരു ശ്രമം നടത്തിയതും നന്നായി പാളി പോയി. അതോടെ സാമ്പാർ ഞാൻ എഴുതി തള്ളിയതായിരുന്നു. അവസാനം ഈ വീഡിയോ കണ്ടിട്ട് ഒന്ന് ട്രൈ ചെയ്തു.
