Amazing recipe Rasam!
In this Covid time, Rasam is an immunity booster too. I will try this n include surely on Onam day feast. I will make this rasam according to the Master chef Mohanan Namboodiri. i will add all ingredients step by step as shown by him except the garlic paste, you know i am from a Nair family and my Husband is a Jain, so we don't use garlic & onion in any of our recipes.
Anyway, i love all your recipes and going to prepare every dish at the feast introduced by Palayidum Super chef.
Many many thanks to both father & son.
