Truly living the Busa life. T-shirt and basketball shorts, lots of custom work but still unreliable and kinda slow, and barely going the speed limit. Gotta love it.

@@jordansbikes819 watch the "Cars and Cameras" video on they're turbo limousine gokart... It's RAD.... They use a 420 preditor.... But there HAS been others in the past that have turbo'd 212s before...
There are some pretty tiny turbos available. I'm sure something will fit that engine.

Love the phrase "the busa trying to kill you". That is my experience on the one and only time I have ever ridden one. Great job on the bike, it looks like so much fun to ride.
its nice to see more people doing this to motorcycles. I've had this idea for awhile to put a 301cc predator on my uncles bike thats been sitting for years. I figure just slapping one of those on it with the governer removed would be way easier than cleaning up an engine thats been sitting and rewiring the thing. I love how simple those little motors are.

It would be interesting to cut into a sport bike block, add a sprocket to the crankshaft and use the 6 speed transmission, that would probably give you way better mileage and longevity, either way it would be interesting to see.

im really interested in the cv clutch automatics.. how well they hold up ! ??? dad had 9hp golf kart.. pulled trees up to work table with electric chainsaw. lasted 27 yrs .. belt looked like chips missing/ rotten and still kept going! Too big log= kart kept going/frame came off lol

I bet the guys who designed the Hyabusa at Suzuki never envisaged this kind of transplant!
If you want gas mileage keep RPM's down shift early to highest gear. Drift in neutral at night in the day cut engine off drift in netural every hill and when you can. Been doing it for years no idleing at lights. Don't shut engine off at night with lights on or you will kill your battery if lights are off and engine is off. Oh I forgot most motor cycles headlights and rear lights are on. If this is the case wire up to ignition lights headlight and rear tail light on only when ignition is running.
Should’ve done a tilly 225 17 hp stock I’m pretty sure, also idk if you did but change the oil on those little engines like every 2 hours of ride time
