Being a Black Expat in retirement allows me to,basically live wherever I desire. It’s not a utopia but I am free from constant micro aggressions and the threat of gun violence. Guadalajara has been the most peaceful place I have lived to date. But sometimes you want a vacation from your “paradise”, so I hopped on a plane to Puerto Vallarta! Check out my 4 day weekend!
