Hi I will be doing buying and selling for clients. The rentals here are not on MLS like the USA or Canada - most rentals are private listings by owner, property management companies or agents that have a deal with owners and show only their units. The best place took look for rentals is facebook marketplace. As always I'm happy to help if you have any questions :)

No but it's very close. It's one streep over. Same sidestreet that leads up to the Pier.
