Many thanks for your video. In addition to Final Draft, I'm now also working in Scrivener and enjoying every second of it. It's a fantastic tool, but some features I haven't been able to find. 1. How do I assign a keyboard shortcut to making a text ALL CAPS, 2. How do I add additional times of the day? In Project properties you can add Scene Headings, but no option to add time. 3. And lastly, how do I select an entire sentence? In Final Draft you can do it by Cmd/Ctrl + Click

I was hesitant to use scrivener, but I finally dived in w/ the iPad, and I built up a 300mb template that works as my MASTER binder. Every tool I’ve compiled in my kit I’ve scanned and entered into the proper corresponding folders.
It’s time consuming, but now (hopefully) I will never need to do that again. From there, I can easily load my “template”, rename from the zip, delete all the files that I don’t need, resave with the proper project name, outline and write!

Have you looked at Campfire Write?
It has a great outline process that works for me. It includes many of the things that Scrivner has but also many things wor worldbuilding for science fiction and fantasy writers.
Its biggest con is that it does have a big learning curve.

I'm going to try Plotr for outlining and then going to export the plot to Scrivener for most of the writing. Currently, I am using Scapple for initial outlining, which is a great mind mapping SW by the Scrivener folks but is not very structured.

actually, Plot Factory will. It'll track multiple use of phrases and individual words. Not necessarily ideas though or things like "hey you already brought them to a beach. You don't need to do that again in chapter 40" But it will tell you how many times you've used "sigh" or "and he smiled" and things like that.
