If you'll ask a professional dermatologist, you don't need both the serums actually as your skin regeneration is far better than matured skin. Go for a 5% niacinamide serum and for salicylic acid, just use it in the form of cleanser. If SA 1% , then can be used daily in PM and if SA 2% use it upto Max 4 times in a week in PM.

12% niacinamide serum only makes sense in two situations number one you have excessive oily skin that is oily all over not just your tea zone and number two you have extensive rough bumpy texture on your skin if not 12% is not needed 10% should be just fine
