I trained with master Chin and David Staples. I'm 5-9 and was around 150 lbs. When Arnold Schwarzenegger challenged me I nervously accepted. I won, using the style. The long strikes have plenty of power, it's good on bigger opponents. His front snap kick looked like a telephone pole coming right at you. Finally I finished him with a roundhouse kick to the hip joint, and he tapped. True story, they saw the fight. It was like a belt exam. A power style, works even on hung gar.
