But tbh you never know if she had lots of drugs in her system at the time from child birth that’s when you’re most vulnerable ,they will have you sign stuff without telling you what it is so it could be either case. But you really shouldn’t sign anything without reading it.

My daughter's dad stayed with her when the nurses took her out the room. If you choose to breasfeed, baby maybe able to stay in room with you majority of the time like mine did. Plus there will be bracelet with numbers on baby's wrist, that should match you and daddy's. Good luck
This happened to my mother! In 1978 a year before I was born my mother had a son. My mom was only 18yrs old and my dad was 19yrs old as the married young. My mom gave birth to my brother to only be told that he died BUT my mom never saw his body or anything and she’s never recovered from that moment it still makes her sad. I’m still searching for him but The hospital no longer exists 😓

Because her mother was known all along. I'm sure the daughter had been told from early on and knew from early on that she was a foster child and then eventually adopted. All of the agencies from the hospital to CPS had her mother's name. So it would have also been on her birth certificate. Watch through to the last part.
These programs are not always well put together to give all the facts for viewers. Many of the editing takes away the main focused. The daughter (looks very young) must have heard someone mentioning her real mother's name or from a document or she knew it all along but didn't make the effort to find her mother??? That's just my speculation due to my experienced. I thought my "mother" was my mother cause we slightly resemble each other. I've known her as my mother. A loving and kind mother. At age 16 almost 17 I wasn't ear dropping. I over heard my "mother" and two other family members talking about my birth mother........... They didn't knew I was sitting in another chair behind them minding my own business. I was shocked!! My birth mother's name was mentioned. I couldn't scream, throw up..... I just sat there with my head full of thoughts. I felt my face was wet from tears and I was also very nervous. I was raised to not be disrespectful.....and I was a very quite person. I still can't remember all the things that was said after I heard my mother's name been mentioned. From that time on I couldn't stop thinking of her and her name. It was on my mind like glue stock to a paper. I confronted my "mother" about it..... No way was she and others were going to help me look for my birth mother. I found her eleven years after. The truth always finds its way out. No matter what!

My brother was born at Homer G. Phillips on July 5, 1966. My family is very fortunate blessed that he was able to grow up and be with my mother.
My mothers first son was born in 1972 and she never got to see him and she received no birth certificate nor a death certificate. She doesn't even know where he is buried. They claimed he was premature and placed in incubator then they said he was dead. Im the second youngest of 6 kids. How can I help her find her son if he is alive? He would of been 46 today. I have two lost brothers... I wish I could meet them. Because also my dad had a son before he left Chicago and moved to NY. He never meant him.

This happened to me in 1973. I was 16 pregnant with twins. I has a cesarean and was put to sleep. When i woke up i asked about my babies. My mother told me 1 of my babies were still born.i told her i wanted to see my baby she talked me out of it. She supposedly had a small service. I thought she buried him at the cemetary were my family was buried. I asked her for directions and was shocked to find out he was buried some where else. I went to the cemetaries office and they showed me where his grave was. No head stone. My mother purchased a head stone. once it arrived i went back to the cemetery to the spot where i was told he was. He wasn't there. I went back to the office now they are showing me another area no where near where they originally showed me. To make things worse NO DEATH CERTIFICATE CAN BE FOUND.

Because her mother was known all along. I'm sure the daughter had been told from early on and knew from early on that she was a foster child and then eventually adopted. All of the agencies from the hospital to CPS had her mother's name. So it would have also been on her birth certificate. Watch through to the last part.

The daughter (looks very young) must have heard someone mentioning her real mother's name or from a document or she knew it all along but didn't make the effort to find her mother??? That's just my speculation due to my experienced.
I thought my "mother" was my mother cause we slightly resemble each other. I've known her as my mother. A loving and kind mother.
At age 16 almost 17 I wasn't ear dropping. I over heard my "mother" and two other family members talking about my birth mother........... They didn't knew I was sitting in another chair behind them minding my own business. I was shocked!! My birth mother's name was mentioned. I couldn't scream, throw up..... I just sat there with my head full of thoughts. I felt my face was wet from tears and I was also very nervous. I was raised to not be disrespectful.....and I was a very quite person.
I still can't remember all the things that was said after I heard my mother's name been mentioned.
From that time on I couldn't stop thinking of her and her name. It was on my mind like glue stock to a paper.
I confronted my "mother" about it..... No way was she and others were going to help me look for my birth mother.
