HOW did Korea become divided into TWO separate entities?
In the aftermath of World War II, as celebrations filled the air, the United States, the United Nations, and the Soviet Union found themselves grappling with the question of what to do with Korea, which had just been liberated from Japanese occupation. Failing to reach a consensus, they ultimately opted to partition the nation into two distinct regions: the southern part, supported by the USA and the UN, and the northern part, receiving assistance from the USSR.
Regrettably, this decision did not lead to favorable outcomes. Mistakes were made by both sides, and the consequences of this division can be explored further in the accompanying video.

I think there are more North Korean agents and pro-North leftists in South Korea than you think. In fact, most South Koreans have been completely deceived for 30 years by the pro-North Korea Justice and Memory Solidarity. At that time, on your peninsula, it was not actually the Japanese military, but civilians commissioned by the Japanese military who were legally and illegally collecting Korean women to serve as comfort women for the Japanese military. Furthermore, many of the managers of Japanese military comfort stations were Korean. The sad story of the comfort women you know is that the Coalition for Justice and Remembrance manipulated several comfort women into falsely testifying that they were forcibly taken away by the Japanese military and made into sexual slaves. The Solidarity for Justice and Remembrance even fooled the United Nations. Many people around the world also take these false testimonies seriously. There is a lot of evidence that Koreans were recruiting Korean women to become comfort women.

I don't know if it was intentional, but America pouring milk for S. Korea is very fitting as the US introduced milk as a much more prevalent beverage for S. Koreans than they had traditionally.

It’s great to see part 2, never expected to drop it so early. It’s actually quite interesting that South Korea were actually not that harsh against communism until the Korean War started, that truly grew much more hatred towards them, even until now.

As a Korean,I wish Korea would unite one day... without bloodshed. And this video is exactly what I want to show to the world. Korea was under Japan's control in 1910~1945. Then we were forced to be split without our condem by others and go to war against our own blood in 1950~1953. It continued for years and years to come. This video shows exactly what I want to say. I feel like if you’re going to include the Philippines, you should include other countries that came to South Korea’s aid, like Colombia, Turkey, Canada, and the UK
They didn’t do it as much as the Philippines. Philippines was the 3rd biggest ally provider of troops to SK behind the US
