The (very abbreviated!) brief history of like, weapons, I guess!
In this video, we go through the development of military tactics and weapons development! Obviously, a huge topic, so we’re only touching on some of the key waypoints in that history.
Weapons development began when people started making conscious decisions about their construction for purposes beyond simply hunting for food. Once we started developing weapons, strategy, and clothing, specifically for armed engagement with other humans… Everything changed.
And things… might have gotten a bit out of hand.

America did really test nuclear bombs at Bikini Atoll. But what makes that worse was that Bikini Bottom was based off of Bikini Atoll. So maybe all the fish in spongebob can speak because the radiation mutated them?

Actually the first sub machine gun is the Hellriegel which was a submachine gun designed in the year 1915 which fire 9×23mm steyr and capable of firing 650 until 850 rounds per minute and also has a 20 box magazine and a 160 round drum magazine

In addition to the development of nuclear weapons, the USSR began a program for the peaceful use of nuclear energy. In 1954, the world's first nuclear power plant was built. Today, Rosatom is building nuclear power plants in many countries such as Belarus, India, China, Turkey, Hungary, Egypt, and Uzbekistan. So the arms race does not always lead to bad results. Many inventions that were originally developed for military purposes now help us in civilian life: duct tape, digital photography, jet engines, the Internet, and even sanitary napkins.
I love how this was basically an arms race with some countries having weapons which were like 200 years ahead lol. I also liked the little details eg when the volkswagen came up and then when it blew up , it said (On fire)5:07

Well, this was silly good work as usual! There were a lot of things missing in this one. Colt Patent Firearms, the revolver. The French Minnie Ball and the rifled musket were bigger innovations in weapons in my opinion.

Only thing missing was the macuahuitl, possibly the most terrifying melee weapon of all time.
It was a wooden paddle inlaid with _obsidian blades_ on its perimeter,
making it incredibly good at slashing huge gashes into ill-protected enemies and their horses.
The tsar bomba when it was tested only was launched at half of its actual explosive potential and originally planed to be double the strength and it was still felt around the world

This video once again reminds me that the United States used nuclear weapons on another country 2 times, and Russia, with the largest number of nuclear weapons, never used it on other countries
The United States only use nuclear weapons during WW2 (which is not surprised because any country involved in WW2 would have use nuclear weapons against another country if they gotten a chance). And just because Russia never use nuclear weapons against another country doesn't mean they WILL never use them because as of recent Russia has shown they can't be trust with nuclear weapons given the fact they keep threatening to nuke other nations if they help Ukraine in Russia invasion of Ukraine.
Since Feb 2022 11,000 civilian casualties in Ukraine. Hiroshima + Nagasaki killed 10x that with a yield far smaller than today's nuclear technology. The fact that Russia continues to threaten nuclear action should not be taken lightly. Nor should their use by the USA 70 years ago be dismissed.

Mutually assured destruction is what’s kept nuclear weapons in check, when the arms race reached the point that both sides using similar weapons could wipe each other out, it’s the best way to ensure peace.
But then proxy wars became a thing because that’s where the people in the nations should be speaking up instead of taking sides. Like the current proxy war going on right now. One wrong move and we end up with a nuclear war. Is it really worth it?
