They absolutely need to start pushing these patch Tuesdays to release preview at the very least a few days early. This has been happening more and more frequently.
Stayed away from this update until we got the go ahead from our WCT guru, but my Win 11 laptop decided to go and load it anyway. I got the its almost time to restart message but put it on the back burner to the end of the evening 8/19/2024. Seemed normal at first but then seemed to have a lot more dark screens followed by the updating computer message. When it finally resarted and I logged back in to shut it down for the evening when I hit the start menu showed that that another restart was required and shut down was not an option. Following a second restart party and log in process when I hit the start menu nothing happened (except the little blue I'm thinking about it hamster wheel). Took multiple tries to finally shut it down have not used this machine today but wonder if the log in process will be as amusing as the shutdown was. Got to love it when the easiest part of an update turns into a turd!
I am a W10 user, honestly here the "enthusiasts" as you call them, say W11 is great and fine yadiyada... but since launched in these channels i always had seen W11 buggy with a lot of issues and flopped updates! and with this MS wants everyone of us in W10 to move there ASAP?!
try to play a cpu intensive game and see if it crashes. Playing mechabellum did it for my crashes. So no playing that one for now. Maybe if i downgrade the cpu a little. But i rather wait for next update

I have no issues at all, either.
Have DAW computer and I'm reluctant to get this update. Your video and information is appreciated.

My windows 10 and 11 have trouble with streaming police scanner app.
All my computers have issues with manual updates. The last update my pc had was from July 10
Started having issues a few days later. My PC has started to reboot itself randomly since August 18. Even did a restore and still having this issue.😢
Same, I've been having issues like when after I updated my computer, My computer fan keeps on going off when I'm not using it
Thanks!

Try a clean install. And use a defrag to erase all cluster left while your at it. Look youtube for guide
In my case it is the desktop that loads slowly for me, otherwise I don't have any other problems🙂
Jup, i have the problem. Just updated. It starts up, login in. And then i cant do anything. Only be able to open file explorer
I've had no issues on my 12 year old desk top running Win 11 23h2.
Maybe I'm lucky, but I've never had a problem with Win11. Having said that, I didn't have any problems with Vista either...

Could it be the users devices that are the problem and not the update itself?
No issues on any of my machines
I have no issues either
