So, I've been away from Android for over 2 years now, thanks to a Samsung phone. However, recently, my curiosity got the better of me, and I decided to pick up a Samsung Galaxy S10, use it for a few months, and then review it. Should you still buy the Samsung S10 in 2021? Or would it be better to put your money in another phone, like the Google Pixel 4a, or the iPhone 12? Let's find out!

What's the best price for the S10 plus?
Sir, I was searching for a used s10e but can't find it in my area . I'm using mi 4 but it suck cause I have battery and scene issues. Could you please provide me you phone . I can pay upto $250 . Sorry if this sounds weird . Love from India .

Honestly the s10 Plus is still amazing even in 2021 I see no reason upgrading anytime soon. The next phone would have to really blow my mind to upgrade. S20 & S21 are not a crazy big jump in my opinion

I have an S10e and I love it! There must be something special Samsung did what they did with their S10 Family of handsets to make them still stand out as they do...Possibly due to the fact that they were actually marketed as Samsung's 10th Anniversary Galaxy S handsets... Things haven't been the same since - and NOT necessarily for the better! 😝

I was recently testing it to see if it's good for vlogging and was very,very impressed. For £200 used it's the best budget vlogging smartphones.
S10 is still going strong. I'll replace mine when S23, S24, or S25 comes out depending on big wow factors. Prior to S10, I used the S5 for 5 years.
@Best Day Ever if you can, choose the Snapdragon variant. It's better than the exynos one. And if there's no S10+ available, the S10 is a great phone. It has the right balance when it comes to size.
Imho the S10 series is the pinnacle of smartphones! After this they started removing things to cut cost and if you like smaller phones your left with base models only. The S10/S10+ is at the top of my list to replace my 3 1/2 year old LG G7 ThinQ. And at this point you can get a new unlocked S10 under $300, and a S10+ around $350.

I really appreciate this review in 2021!! I've had the Samsung Galaxy S7 for 5 years now and I'm only looking at new phones because T-Mobile is retiring the Sprint network in several months and my phone will be obsolete. It's good to know I can stick with the Galaxy series in the future. Aside from the phone, I love your video style. It's cheerful and paced perfectly so it's neither boring nor choppy.

I'm mainly an iphone user but I've been getting into Android since last year and bought an S10 plus recently. I'm actually using this more than my 11 pro. The phone feels and looks great, it's really light and I love the versatility of android compared to ios. The display is also sharper and more dynamic than on iPhones. Only minor complaint is the in screen finger scanner which is hit and miss.
Had the S10 plus in 2019 , loved the camera on it.
Fell in love with that colour and perfect size.....got it and going even better....
Been using the phone since it's 2019 release. Still blazing fast due to regular android updates. This phone was definitely the turning point for samsung, rolled out around the same time as One UI (which replaced Touchwiz)
Idk why but i prefer the corner hole punch, the middle hole punch looks odd imo
To be honest, I'm not really sure what I prefer, I think both can look pretty nice
BubVisuals - I really enjoyed your video review of this Samsung S10. I am a cell phone virgin. I was told in 1995 that I couldn't live without a cell phone and I never bought one. I am moving to another city 200 km away and looking for a job and vacation and plan to buy this cell phone to take me through all of that and maybe I won't go back to just owning a landline which I have done all my life and I am a senior. Also never texted before and now I will be able to.
My battery life has been the most affected part of using my s10 for the past 2 years, however due to android 12 support, I plan to upgrade next year.
Been using S10 since the launched back in 2019. Pretty solid phone and no issues at all. The updates with one UI 3 makes it even better. And yeah, still rocking the prism white too!

I have had my S10 plus for nearly 3 years and, for me, its as good as anything out there in the "flagship" range. Battery still lasts all day, cameras are amazing even with the latest software update and the screen is one of the best by far. 4K recording @60FPS front and rear cameras on a 3year old phone was way ahead of the game and the S10 range was Samsungs last benchmark phone as since then its been a tweek here and there. Sadly, its come to the end of software updates but i'll hold on to it as long as i can.
I still have my S10 and LOVE it. By far my favorite phone ever. Samsung did everything right imo for this phone. The ultrasonic finger print reader works like a charm, the design is sleek, it's thin and light but still feels sturdy. It's getting the Android 12 update... eventually which is another plus.

One of the reservations I had about Samsung and android phones in general was how laggy it would get over time. But I guess that’s improved quite a bit.

i've had my galaxy s10 since december of 2019 and it's still going strong.
the only downside is that the battery is a bit worse than it was before, otherwise I recommend
picking it up if your looking for a cheaper option
Just purchased a new s10 yesterday. Will give my wife my s21 Ultra to replace her OnePlus Pro 9. Hard to pass up a new phone for $188 on Amazon. We'll see how it goes!

@@buraksezer2179 hello! The s10 arrived this afternoon and it's now fully charged. I'm curious to see how long the battery will last, I think I noticed ten hours plus for the new phones so that's my biggest concern for a phone that's 3 years old already, even if it's been sitting stationery. When I first plugged it in, it read 47%. I haven't even booted it up yet as I'm waiting to show it to my wife and let her decide if she wants it or the s21. I'll let you know. Remind me in a day or two. I'll say this, I was surprised how much smaller the s10 is compared to the s21 Ultra. I like the small form factor for pocketing although the additional real estate for CZcams will be missed (perhaps?).

I wanted to upgrade to a samsung S10 with the audio jack for external microphones for filming. My pririoty is the camera for filming and taking pictures . thank you for the honest review. take care
I have been using my S10 since 2019 and have no issues with it! It is a fantastic phone and my very first flagship phone that I am so proud to own. (just that customizability is limited :")))
Just received A12 on my S10+, it is an amazing phone, my only complain is with battery life which after two years of use is not performing as well as before.
Would you still recommend s10 plus this 2022? I am planning to swap my iphone x to s10 plus..
@Mark Vinson it is great dude. Maybe one of the greatest devices I ever used, but if you want to get one, try to get it with the Snapdragon processor. I heard it is more stable. Btw, sorry to answer after so much time.

I just purchased this phone and was under the impression it had a fantastic camera. Now after watching other videos, I'm finding some of the cheaper A phones like A 52 have a way better camera.

That's a clean video i loved it, also i'm sold was hesetating between the s10 and s20 but the s10 can do everything at this point and 120Hz aren't that important to me thank's for your help ^^
The S10 line are my favorite Galaxy phones to date, possibly my favorite android phones I've owned and I'm an Android user, the only other Samsung I've owned before these though was the Galaxy S2 so I'm no Samsung fanboy but I have the S10E and S10+ both SD855 and these phones are still more than I need in 2021, I've really had a great experience with them, the performance and features are great, displays are amazing, build quality and design doesn't look or feel dated, if anything I feel they still have a more elegant design then Samsung's newer releases, these have been great devices, I plan on holding onto mine for a while still, I'd have to agree with your assessment.

lost my iphone 11 pro. picked up my old work Samsung S9. Being forced to switch to android has helped me appreciate it much more. Seriously thinking about an S10 (ordered a pixel 5 too). just worried the screen will be too big for me. looking for a comfortable one handed phone, not a phablet. Any counsel or perspective?

I sold mine last week just because of the battery life. I had to charge it 3x a day other than that it was still look brand new and no issues. This is definitely a good buy even this year.

Four days ago (8/21/21) I bought a reconditioned S10+ and am AWED by how good it is for all the reasons in Bub's vid. The main reasons I chose the S10 were: 1. Price - what a bargain; 2. Curved edge to edge screen; 3. Available micro SD storage ability. The later Samsung S models have neither #2 or 3. Easy choice.
Don't forget that headphone jack
S10+ performs exactly how it did 2.5 years ago when I got it, even after dropping it a thousand times.

Thanks for the great video! I'm looking for a replacement from my almost 3 year old Samsung A8 2018. What I absolutely need is size getting a phone size as Stan it's practically impossible apart from ASUS ZenFone eight and maybe Sony Xperia 10 III but at much higher price. I'm so disappointed that Samsung S20 at he is already bigger and much more expensive. I'm probably going to go for understand furbished here for 400 Australian dollars and I'll see you next year if there's anything else on the market to replace it with. An as within all Samsung I should be able to still get a decent resale value.

Just picked one up today, got it used for $200 USD, perfect condition and unlocked 128! Loving it. I have an iPhone 12 Pro as my main daily driver but this S10 is really nice! I like having a good Samsung phone around for those things you can't do on iPhones.

Just bought this again, should never have let you go (tried the Google pixel 4a - love that rear fingerprint sensor. The iPhone 13 Mini - love that size and iPhone 13 pro - that camera) but now I'm back, back to the phone I should never have left. The expandable storage, headphone jack, form factor, feel in hand, display (better than all the fhd crap you get even now 3 years later) - latest software version too. This phone set the bar, and even now has the title
Hey bro I just got this phone in November of this year due to my google peixel 2xl has some broken screen issue which cost more to replace so that is why I decided to get me the samsung galaxy s10 as a replacement this is one of the most costly phone I ever buy as a student because money is limted I normally only get a device is a few year older like 4 year the most so I can get the cost down in price. The ony down side of this s10 is that it has a FM tuner buillt in but with android 11 update FM radio is no longer available to work I hope with the new update coming for andorid 12 samsung will bring back the FM radio this phone has the hardware for it to work I try next radio as well is a third party app but with the new update to android 11 it broke the FM tuner option. Great video by the way.
I use a Samsung s10 plus and it is the best phone I ever bought. I will not upgrade unless my phone is stolen or beyond damaged. One of the few phones that rocks a headphones jack
The best feature is the dex option when you connect to a portable screen monitor. Taking photos on this phone are sharp, if I wanted more I would rather shoot a photograph with a dlsr.
Watching this on my S10 Plus. At the time of release, and in some respects even today, this may be the most well rounded phone. Great performance, reasonable camera, good battery life, excellent screen and brightness, really good stereo speakers, headphone jack, IP68 water resistance, wireless charging, etc etc. I'd gladly upgrade now or in the near future, but thus far no manufacturer has given me a compelling reason to do so.
Exactly the same, I'm really excited for next year's flagship samsung line up. The s the z and hopefully the note, but I wont I'll be upgrading until I have a need, if I smash or battery life becomes unbearable which I doubt will happen anytime soon
I found a Samsung s10+ on fb marketplace for $260 with everything in it, even the box. With that price, is it worth it??

I bought mine S10 on 22nd of May 2021 for €228 ($275) including two years warranty in Las Palmas in Spain. The phone is in excellent condition and battery has 95% capacity. An excellent phone, fantastic quality for a great price. Buying 2 years old Samsung flagship phones with 75% discount is great.

Been using mine for 18 months. So far , no lag and no sign of slowing down. What I like best about it is the screen size. It's reasonable because I don't like behemoth screens . I do t like the in screen finger print scan much hut it does the job. No screen time is not crazy much so I don't have any issue with battery life. Charges fairly quickly. Its a great performer in all areas. At this rate, I don't think I'll feel the need to.upgrade for another year maybe.

I have this phone and honestly still love it. It's almost an all rounder (i miss my spen). But other than the pen It's amazing.
I've had it for over a year now. Got the Exynos version. Don't really have any problems with the performance or the battery (even though only about 85% capacity is left). However, I am starting to hate the size: because of it and the curved screen, using the phone with one hand of quite hard, and one handed mode does not help. So, I'm thinking about getting the mini iPhone.
Been eyeing the s10 series for a while, I want to try Dex and might use it someday.
Do your s10plus comes with voicemail? I got a refurbished phone and it's in excellent condition but no voicemail icon, no call forwarding and my weather app is in Korean or Chinese. Can anybody help me. I've never received a phone without voicemail or call forwarding. But I also bought all my phones from the store.
