- Most parrots and parakeets enjoy their pasttime by gnawing and nibbling. My Lineolated Parakeets too :-))) It's a delight to watch them "killing" a catgrass. How good for me to have green fingers ... ha ha ...

I love your videos and your little birds, they look so well cared of and you can tell how much you love them! :) I have had pigeons and doves for pets most of my life and I really love them but I want to keep lineolated parakeets too because I have completely fallen in love with them. They seem to be such sweet and calm birds, and I am also looking forward to building a neat aviary and "furnishing" it with a lot of fun perches and ladders and such, for their climbing pleasure :) Doves, of course, don't climb very much, but they are also calm and somewhat reserved so I think they're a bit alike these small parakeets. :)
