Hi Burman so basically it should not happen and I have tried almost all the flavours of GMC but it never happened to me so I would suggest you to please stop consuming it right away and pause it for 2-3 days then notice if you are still facing the pain

When you take protein or cratine you should always start taking some more water 400-500ml
Try to consume 3.5-4 liter of water everyday
