Sir, could you please clarify one thing as I have been doing gym since last 01 year and taking all kind Suppliment as per your advise such as protein, bcaa. Multivitamin, omega 3, ashwagandha etc.. Today my trainer advised me to take medicine (steroids) to bulk my body and advised me that my body alreday bulked according to shape of my body.
