      I've never seen/read anything about stacking these two hacks, but would caution to listen to your body. My concern is that for some doing them sequentially could be too much hormetic stress for some.

      I use retention therapeutic herbal tea enemas that I retain 120 ml to 240 ml until they are fully absorbed. I usually do this during the night. For enema leakage protection, wear a high absorbent pad.
