Hello sir.. We have come to accord quite a few times and once we were given broccoli-corn Adai as starter. It was amazing and we even talked with the chef there. He was kind enough to give us the recipe printed out. I still have it as a Treasure. I make it whenever broccoli is available in market. Infact that's the only broccoli recipe I do, as I am much drawn to it and don't go with another and waste a good broccoli. Remembering that seeing this video of yours...

Superb recipe sir. For adai in thanjavur style we used to make five holes in the adai and pour oil in that. Becomes very crispy.
And my grandmom and all never used a laddle but she used to take the adai maavu in hand and will spread it on the tava. So we call it as adai thattaradhu nu she used to say. You explain it so well air. Thank u
