It would be nice to see gated communities also….a friend told me there are a lot of robberies in some parts of Mexico.
This will be a gated community when it's completed. Many of the videos I posted in the last 3 months were in privadas (gated communities)

So the 50 percent that’s leftover after construction has started.. how does the financing work with that ? What are the requirements? Is this a preferred bank that works specifically with this builder? Will you need to have established credit in Mx to use these institutions? She’s giving straight and direct answers but buying a home is never simple . Especially when you’re financing.
You’re responsible for paying the 50% outright. They’re simply giving you time to round up the funds over the 6 months (up to 18 months). Fill out the contact form and they’ll follow up with more answers. They do have another option if you’re looking for creative financing. Typically foreigners must bring their own money to buy. I think Conkal is the up and coming place to be!!d Very nice set up. My worry is having the infrastructure to handle all the new builds as well as the traffic getting to and from the periferico.

How big are the houses? It's hard to gage the prices unless I know how big the properties are.
Hear me out, The costs to make these houses in Mexico are an overhead of 10k-15k USD, Materials and Labor included. $149K USD Price is treacherous and money grabbing to me and they will take advantage of that because to an American who’s use to $450k+ homes back in the states will jump to say this is a great deal when it’s really not and they know that and will use it against you for their pockets. I’d like to get across to Mexican Landlords that we left the states to get OUT of debt, to get AWAY from price hiking, and straight up corporation robbery. If I could afford to pay 70% of $149K in some few months, I wouldn’t be the hell in Mexico! I’d be in Europe in a castle im renovating! We’re here because we broke back in the states, My bank in Mississippi would laugh in my black ass face that I asked them for some muhfuckin got damn 149k to take to Mexico with my 675 credit score I got 🤣 If yall got it like that, I salute you!! 149k my ass for some concrete, windows and a few wooden doors.

You're welcome. Elevators aren't common, but adding solar panels shouldn't be an issue. Some apartment/condo homes have will have elevators to take you up
