hey bud just adding a exhaust flap will calm the noise down alot saves adding the water box vetus make good bulkhead ones in the usa

If you use 5052 aluminum it won't break when you bend it.
I believe this was 5052, I'll check and confirm. I think i made my relief cuts too big with not enough material left to distribute the bend.
What engine do you have in this boat? Sounds very good. Its yamaha but which one? Pump is from jetski?
this is from a 2009 yamaha FX SHO, 1.8 Supercharged and it has the jetski pump as well.
So awesome. If you don't mind at this point how much is this worth? Trying to see if this is something i can even afford 😅
the hull - 11k with all the bits to support my donor shipped. the donor - 3k miscelaneous things - 2k Around 15-16 into this one so far. The last one I was able to build for 15,600 at the beginning of covid.

Water ruins wheel bearings, so pull trailer out of water asap.
If they are properly greased they will be fine.
