The Holy Fire did manifest this year as always as is evident from this video. It's just that this particular camera did not capture His Beatitude as he exited the Endicule.

God can make fire come down from heaven wherever He wants to. Here, he chooses to give it to the Orthodox Church as a yearly miracle commemorating the resurrection. Please enlighten us as to what other characteristics of the second beast in Revelation 13 the Orthodox Church possesses.
The reason fire from Heaven can be deceptive is because it’s something that God gives to the faithful, but in the end times will be a miracle of Satan. Since this miracle has been going on for well over 1000 years, this is certainly no end times deception.
