fascinating! and your knowledge on the materials/structures, meaning, theology, and purpose behind all parts of the temple is such a real treat, too
Even God destroyed this Abomination twice... TWICE

I’m a Christian and I appreciate you posting this. So educational for a Gentile. Thanks
If you are a christian you are no longer a Gentile , stop it with that nonsense

I loved this so much! Thank you!
Wow, Thanks!! I like to 'see' and get a 'feel' of what it was like in those days. Gives a fuller understanding! And Jesus walked through these places.. I want to 'see' what He saw. THANKS AGAIN
Glad you enjoyed!
Thank you for the video. I hope we get to see the new temple built in our lifetime. Christ is returning and we are praying for Israel.
Very instructive, Rabbi, for those of us with interests in biblical history & knowledge -- thank you!
You’re most welcome!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Fantastic video. Thanks so much for creating & sharing. I appreciate that, as a Jew, your insight & knowledge is remarkable and as a gentile I would have not known or otherwise learned. Great work & I'm astonished at the inner structures of the Temple, I never imagined there was any other space around or within the Temple structure itself. The donation boxes are so relevant & it is always fascinating when one is shown 'there is nothing new under the sun.' ❤❤❤❤
Actually, there was more he didn't cover, but I don't know if the developers included it.
Wow its huge!!! The temple is a lot bigger then i imagined!!!!
Ditto
Same here...i also used to think its tinny
Thank you Yahweh that Jesus gave his blood, the perfect sacrifice, so the temple & these daily rituals/sacrifices were never needed again
I Wholeheartedly recommend the Biblical Hebrew course that Rabbi David offers. It is an eight month course once a week for 1 1/2 hours on Zoom and with relevant homework assignments and with group engagement. It's been over a year since I graduated and I'm still using the knowledge and tools that I acquired! AND, the Hebrew grammar chart that the Rabbi has developed is phenomenal! 😄👍
Thank you for this sneak pic into the temple of herod it was breath taking. I felt like am literally there and your explanation was on point. The video is great and am keeping it
Yes Amen Hallelujah Praise God in the Highests. God bless everyone today ❤❤❤.
Im a gentile so i would never have been allowed to see much of this but ive always been fascinated with biblical and Israel history i love this thank you so much
You’re welcome!
The problem I have with this stuff is that it puts those who think they better than gentiles above all others, when in fact, they not
You are no longer a gentile when Yeshua has Grafted you into Israel. That is why Yeshua had to come to reveal himself. He is our Josef. And Judah will see Josef and Us soon!
@@modztunerz Wrong ! When Gentiles who have been grafted into the Natural Olive Tree of " Yisro'el " do not stop being Gentiles . And there are no J'S in Hebrew . Do you as a gentile practice eating Kosher foods ? By not eating pork or any of the unclean animals ?
Do you still worship on Sunday ? Shabbat begins on Friday evening sundown till Saturday evening sundown .
Do you still keep and practice the pagan holidays like Easter ,Halloween ,Christmas ,Valentines day instead of keeping the Mo'edim ( The Appointed Times ) in Vayikra ( Leviticus 23 ) ?
Do you keep and obey the Holy Mitzvots ( Commandments ) ?
YeShua who is the Jewish MaShiach born in Beit Lechem in the City of David is from the Tribe of Y'hudah and the very seed and lineage of King David .
Salvation comes from the Jews .Jews wrote the Torah ,Tanakh and the B'rit Hadashah ( NT ) In Hebrew .
And all of His Talmidim and Emissaries were Jews .
Shimon Kefa and Sha'ul were called to reach out to the Gentiles to bring them into so they could share in the Kingdom of Heaven .
Shimon Kefa and Sha'ul started Messianic Communities ( Synagogues ) in the book of Acts .
Constantine started the First Roman Catholic Church in 313CE/AD and changed Shabbat from Saturday to the pagan day Sunday .
All churches are branches of the same tree .
A "gentile" does not mean you are not a physical descendant of Israel. If you study the history of the Olive Tree in Scripture, it began as one tree. But after Solomon sinned, the Kingdom became divided and the Olive Tree split into two: Israel and Judah. Then Israel whored and was cast into the wilderness, becoming a wild olive tree, a "gentile" tree. Israel became gentiles by mixing with all nations. This is why at Pentecost in Acts 2, we see all the nations gathered together with Judah, because they are the two houses reunited: Judah and all the nations Israel mixed with. Prophecy was fulfilled. But now we await for all of Israel and Judah to reunite at the return of the Messiah Yahushaa.
Tried to envision the temple through descriptions in the Bible. Has been quite challenging. This app- temple tour made it come to life! Thank you.
Thanks for such an informative and interesting tour!

I really enjoyed this. Thank you so much for doing this. It has really brought the Biblical Temple to life and given me greater understanding. ❤
A breathtaking structure thank you for the tour
You’re welcome!
AWESOME 💓 such an amazing tour. Thank you, for posting. God bless you 💕 and shalom 🕊
I saw a documentary about the Temple where a British cleric said something very curious: "Jesus is a walking Temple!"
If we analyze the entire structure of the tabernacle in the desert and the structure of the temple in Jerusalem, it must point to Jesus, the definitive Temple of God, for those who believe.
God always wanted to walk and be close to his creatures, in the tabernacle and in the Temple of Jerusalem He could only do this partially, few could feel his presence. But in the beginning, when the beings He created had not yet sinned, he went down and talked face to face with Adam and his wife, Eve. God returns to walk among people in the person of Jesus.
That's why the powerful people in the temple didn't want Him around and did everything they could to get rid of Him. Where He was, God's great truths were taught, wonders happened. Such facts brought envy.
I hear the voice of my one and only Rabbi David🤗
You might want to get that checked out by a professional.

It all speaks of the Lord Jesus Christ the Lamb of God that taketh away the sins of the world.
“Having therefore brethren boldness to enter the holiest by the blood of Jesus Christ, by a new and living way which He hath consecrated for us through the veil that is to say His flesh,
What a saviour.
Thank you for the incredible tour. Love to see the veil. Amazing that it was ripped from top to bottom when Jesus died.
All points to Jesus. Thank you God.
It is interesting that Jesus was not brought to the temple Sanhedrin room but to Caiaphas' house. It was illegal for Jesus to be tried in secret and not in the Sanhedrin room with all of the priests present.
Thank you for showing us this. I had no idea how wonderful the building could have been.

The high priest would sprinkle the blood on the Mercy Seat at Day if Atonement. There was a veil between Hokies & holy of holies. It was ripped from top to bottom when Christ said “it is finished”.
Great tour. I learned so much.
As a secular Jew, I must admit I knew very little about how the temple looked like.
Thank you, that is amazing

I Loved this!!!
Awesome tour! Thanks!
Very nice! An excellent tool to see forms and sizes of the temple. But this temple (and basically all the modern reconstructions) lacks the classical ornaments and entablatures of classic design (they are hard to render). The jerusalem temple was full of beautiful carvings and details (flower patterns, palmettes, acanthus patterns etc). Just look at the Baalshamin Temple in Syria, or the Bacchus temple in Lebanon. Seriously, go to google and search the "Door of Bacchus Temple". It is magnificent. And the Jerusalem temple is said to be the most beautiful of the entire region, so it was more beautiful than the Bacchus Temple. Look at the carvings at the Door. It is incredible. I can only imagine how excellent was the Jerusalem Temple.
The upper part of the door of the Heikhal was carved as a shell (Vieira, I dont know in english, sorry). You can see the door in many samaritan and jewish ancient synagogues. The door was iconic.
We currently are working on a 3D model with the hopes of doing exactly this. Of course, we will never compare to the real thing, but we have been able to produce an amazing model so far. We hope to release in the coming months at least some of the videos. Already have one released.
Thank you for Adding!! ... This was video tour was truly amazing to add to our imaginations. 🏛🔥
Thank you so much for this video!!! AMAZING!!!!
Glad you liked it!
Love this Thank you for sharing. I never knew that it was this big. I know they have prepared so much of what is supposed to go in the temple and they have the red heffers. I thought for sure I'd see it built again in my life time but I doubt I will . In the next yes but for now I'm so happy I was able to come across this.❤
You are so welcome, glad you enjoyed!
All Praise and Glory to YESHUA KING OF KINGS!!
Great stuff! It was just in time for Tisha B’Av
The lamp stands were a little more than half the height of the Temple, so they look about right, just too narrow at the bottom. Placement for the Chamber of Hewn Stone is about right. (It would not have been accessible from the Israeli court). From what I have found in research, the Temple side chambers (actually sides and back) were entered through the side tunnel on the right when both doors to the Sanctuary were closed. The rooms at the end of the Porch were used to maintain the chains, knives axes saws etc. used in everyday operation of the Temple. Yes, I am in process of doing my own version of this. Information comes from the Mishnah, Flavius Josephus, Dr. Leen Ritmeyer and others. There was supposedly a room above the Sanctuary (accessed by the second door on the roof)? That then led to the room that was used to lower priests into the Holy of Holies for cleaning, but they always faced the wall. Well done walk through (I know how hard it is to do lol).
Truly amazing!!!
I use that app and highly recommend it.
Awesome video 😃
Great video. Thank you!

To have a window you would assume daytime, but the temple is open throughout the day and night, that's why nevertheless you need a Menorah.
This rules. My mind always strains to imagine just what it would have been like, it still boggles my mind. Thank you for this walkthrough.
The tapestry separating the Holy of Holies should have been one piece, not a traditional curtain with a split in the middle as shown in the app. Exodus 26:31-35 says it was a curtain (singular) which is further born out by its tearing at Jesus death (Luke 23:45) and the meaning of which was explained in Hebrews 10:21-22. The New Testament writers, so close to the existence of the actual temple would not have gotten that detail wrong by any means and the Hebrew writing bears this out in Exodus 26
The temple was amazing however, today Christians themselves are the temple that house the Spirit of God! Imagine, God lives in us!
The body is a temple, but I'm sorry, you're wrong. The temple to fulfill the old one is the Orthodox church.
@@patioprimate4740Christians are Christians, religions are man made. I follow Christ, denominations are useless. Our bodies are the temple of God. Those who follow him hear his voice. Divided we fall. Get over your man made religion and become a true faithful. Christ is the church and we are his bride. You’re no Christian by tearing down a brother or sister in Christ.
@@TheMahdiistheenemy Once you define "Christian" you are affirming a religious doctrine.
@@patioprimate4740 i can affirm you’re not a Christian bc Christianity is not a religion.
Excellent !
Wow. I walk thru history
I got to the top of the roof. Nothing much other than a great view. There was one scroll note talking about the roof drainage.
great app
Phenomenal. Seeing it come to life like this it looks just like walking back into Eden. Incredibly impressive. This is really cool, thank you.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Eden? What does Eden have to do with this?
@@zealousideal the Temple is a model of Eden; the cosmic Temple. The Heavenly pattern shown to Moses at Sinai.
love it!!!!
Fun fact, Jesus was at the temple in John 8 when He said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life” (John 8:12). During the time when Jesus made this statement it was The Feast of Booths (chapter 7) and Jesus was teaching in the temple in Jerusalem. These lamp stands that were in the courtyard would have been obviously noticeable if they were as large as the Mishnah claims (Mishnah Sukkah 5:2-3). The people in the courtyard would have been in awe of these illuminated structures but notice what Jesus does, He redirects their attention from looking at these lamp stands and states, “I am the light of the world...” This as well as many other times in Jesus’ ministry Jesus takes the physical edifice of the temple and the objects in it and redirects His audience to Himself as being the fulfillment of these objects which only foreshadowed the reality of them in the person of Christ.
Finding I AM is a great Bible study guide that teaches about this.
Imagine the feelings of the Priests when the went into the Temple and found the curtin ripped from top to bottom right after Our Savior's crucifixion.
This is really good
This is something else. Wow.
Thank you! I am glad to see you are continuing your work. I am doing the same. All ways looking for parallels. Can I use this as an opportunity to learn? I have read that on any given night there could be as many as 1000 or more persons working in a great verity of takes to keep everything working and in order. I spent many hears in my younger in the Washington DC area. I federal government had a great impact on the surrounding area. Everyone knew someone who worked for the federal government. Would this have been true of the temple? I have also heard that the city population could increase by as many as 1 million on festival days. One idea this video shows so nicely is the great size. I would not expet it would be so big unless their ware larger numbers of visitors. Yours truly, Andrew
Amazing
Thanks
Wunderschön ❤
Absolutely fantastic. Several years ago I travelled to Jerusalem and stood at the side of the Place of the Gentiles where the Royal Court used to be. I tried to take it all in and imagine where the Temple used to stand but it was hard to do - this app shows me for the first time what the Temple Mount must have looked like in the 1st century.
One question - where do you think the tables of the money changers Jesus is said to have kicked over would have been? My guess is they would have been inside the Women’s Court or certainly lining the outside walls of that Court, inside the Soreg. Their location would have needed to incur Jesus’ wrath and so are unlikely to have been merely in the Court of the Gentiles.
All the prices would go up a bit like shopping now and how irritated you get with the food prices. If you needed to sacrifice and the price was too high you would just leave the temple and then what would you do! I would love to use a horse whip on my local supermarket shelves!
This brought tears to my eyes....the tour, the phenomenal virtual reconstruction, but most of all, your voice and vibration of love for GOD. I am a believer in JESUS CHRIST and I pray that you open your heart to the true Messiah, prophesied in Isaiah 53:5, the final lamb sacrificed for all mankind to which the temple sacrifices pointed the way. "But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed." Isaiah 53:5 GOD bless you and all here.
This was just great! Years ago, Joseph Good taught about the Temple. The show was called In The Footsteps of The Messiah. All he had was drawings!! Thank you!
You’re most welcome!
This is incredible! I am a Jewish believer in Yeshua the Messiah, today in the New Covenant God gave to Israel and the world (Jeremiah 31:31-33) our bodies become the Temple of the Ruach HaKodesh! (Ezekiel 36:26-27) Yeshua is the promised Messiah, the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world! (Isaiah 53) please read these scriptures and ask Adonai sincerely to open your eyes to the truth! All of this points to the Messiah! 🐑👑♥️🇮🇱🌎
Love from India 🇮🇳
I too follow Yeshua and from Levi (a musician). In Matthew 4:5 The roof top portion reminded me when the devil brought Yeshua up to pinnacle of the temple to throw himself down and quoted Ps 91:11-12 "He will give His angels charge concerning You' and "On their hand they will bear You up, lest you strike Your foot against a stone" and Yeshua quoted Duet 6:16 "Yeshua said to him " On the other hand, it is written, "You SHALL Not PUT THE LORD YOUR GOD TO THE TEST"
How do you know you have believed to the point of salvation?
@@benhail3624 I compare it to my marriage of 29 yrs, I took a vow in ‘95 and believe in the relationship to be a marriage based on the promise and have grown more in love with my wife, the same can be compared to my commitment to Yeshua as he said, If you believe in Me you have eternal life and that relationship has grown since 1994.

My understanding is the steps to the court of the priest were uneven. I believe the source is Josephus. The approach to God was meant to be a thoughtful and purposeful procession, and having uneven steps where you had to slow down and think about where you were walking, made sure it wasnt just a rote experience.
Also, the reason the court of priests had no windows was because the light that filled that space came from God. The glory of God they believe was so powerful that it could consume an impure individual. If there were windows that light could get out and harm the impure. Like the glory of God lit the burning bush when Moses approached.
The incense was symbolic of the prayers of the believers as an offering to God, on Yom Kippur the burned incense was brought into the Holy of Holies and set upon the altar.
I would suggest reading Temple Themes in the Book of Moses to really understand tge symbolism of everything done in the temple. Margaret Barker also has written about this subject as well.
The Second Temple app is very good as well.
Question. 2 Chronicles 4:7 Olomouc made 10 gold lamp stands - he put them in the temple. Five on the south wall and five on the north wall.
God needs no building! The church today is the temple, living stones!
Just you and the Bible right?
My christian church has a building for meeting with people on Sunday, and Temple for worshipping God the rest of the week.
Tremendous
Awesome
I was looking for the great curtain that was torn from top to bottom at the point Yeshua died. I also realised what a job the Romans must have had to ‘not leave one brick upon another’ when they destroyed the place in AD70.
The veil was torn top to bottom when Christ was crucified symbolizing that Adam (us) could partake of the Tree of Life, returning to G_d.
Even God destroyed this Abomination twice... TWICE

No, it wasn’t. Christian fabrication.
