    Respected Sirs,
You all are appreciate yourselves promoting within Judicial circle. We as common man ashamed about Indian judicial system today. It has detoriated to very low level. Political influence has infiltrated at level. Justice is far to reach poor and under privileged. Starting from lower court to supreme court, many verdicts are controversial, unethical and against Law.
Arab Goswami can get access to Supreme court and can get bail within few days!
Even former home minister had to wait for several months.
Babri Masjid verdict has brought a clear picture about Indian judicial system. Again feel ashamed about Indian judicial system. We lost respect to these so call Lords who has to answer to real Lord one day!!!

How I wish the likes of Hon'ble Shri Justice M Karpaga Vinayagam had strongly raised their voice that why the most populated state of India that is Uttar Pradesh has maximum number of pending cases and maximum population and maximum elected representatives both in Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha and still has least Benches in India just one Bench and that too just 200 km away from Allahabad at Lucknow only and nowhere else? He also must speak on why West UP owes for more than half of the total pending cases in UP still has not even a single HC Bench and even when it's population at 10 crores is more than the population of most of the States? He must also speak on why Justice Jaswant Singh Commission headed by former Supreme Court Judge Justice Jaswant Singh recommended three HC Benches for undivided UP yet not a single created and Maharashtra which is the home state of incumbent CJI Dr Dhananjay Yashwant Chandrachud has maximum number of Benches and still one more was created in 1985 on its recommendations even though it has multiple HC Benches and former Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray approved one more at Kolhapur for just six district and for UP not a single approved since 1948 till now? Former UN Secretary General Ban ki Moon termed UP as rape and crime capital of India still we see no Bench in any region except Eastern UP which already has High Court since Britishers colonial rule! My best wishes and best regards and thanks to Shri G Seshagiri Rao for organising such enlightening discussions spoken by most distinguished doyens of law! My best wishes and best regards, Sanjeev Sirohi, Advocate

Only 1 time chance to be given to non-henious and non-anticident person for filing anticipatory bail application.
And for heinous and having criminal anticidents- no chance to file anticipatory bail application.
One of the many reasons why accused repeat crime again and again, without any guilt, is the liberty given to the accused to file 'n' number of anticipatory bail application throughout the legal proceedings.
    This should end.

Why is it that the home state of incumbent Chairman of Supreme Court Bar Association Vikas Singh that is lawless Bihar has not even a single HC Bench and why the most peaceful State of India that is Maharashtra which is the home state of incumbent CJI Dr Dhananjay Yashwant Chandrachud has maximum number of Benches and this despite the irrefutable fact that it tops in the latest justice index ranking list? Why the most populated State of India with maximum number of pending cases that is Uttar Pradesh has only one High Court Bench and that too so near to Allahabad at Lucknow only created way back in 1948 and nowhere else and worst of all why West UP which owes for more than half of the total number of pending cases has none and why the litigants of 30 districts of West UP have been attached with Allahabad and not Lucknow which is 230 km earlier? Why for more than 10 crores people of 30 districts of West UP has not even a single HC Bench and why Karnataka which has just 6 crore population and Madhya Pradesh which has just 7 crore population, Assam which has just about 3 crore population and West Bengal which too has population much less than Uttar Pradesh and still have multiple HC Benches and why when Justice Jaswant Singh Commission recommended three HC Benches and why not a single created and Maharashtra which already had multiple HC Benches was given one more at Aurangabad and so also West Bengal was given one more at Jalpaiguri? Kindly speak on this also! My best wishes and best regards, Sanjeev Sirohi, Advocate
