Dear Nagamuthu sir, the term 'not proved' is defined in certain bare acts is written wrongly as " when a fact is said not to be proved....." Is it correct "when a fact is said to be not proved ....". sir also read as "when a fact is said not to be proved". Sir if I am mistaken forgive me. I am a staunch follower of Ur class, but I noticed it. I have already sent my view, towards which u sir sent a proper and immediate reply. Thank u sir. I think it so happened owing to ur over sight.
You are absolutely correct, but, kindly visit the official website of the law ministry.
Yes sir, but when we explain we can point out the correct one otherwise the givendefinition gives a contra meaning.
