Either they were way too expensive or too cheap, and I wasn't seeing any real results in my gains. And then there was the cost of supplements on top of that! Talking about supplements I recently found out about Tongkat Ali, and let me tell you, this stuff is a game-changer. I've noticed a significant increase in muscle mass, a big boost in energy, and my recovery time after workouts has really sped up. I can't recommend it enough! KEEP HUSTLING BOYS AND GIRLS!

Its good for them really because its sort of an advert they should be paying you man. And besides, they took away the young kids jobs by making people load their own groceries. Its not like anyone gets a discount. So, in a way you earned being able to film there. Lol

@@anabolicgabe absoulutely and u can break it up into different proetin numbers per video like 2000 cal, 200 g protein (expensive option), another vid 2000 cal 160 g (cheap option)
