Not everyone can bench that much. A lot of it is genetics, there are people who are genetically programmed to be a light weight. If you are a lightweight, yes you can eat a fuck ton to try and reach a certain weight but that will only lead to problems with eating and GI. I’ve tried to bulk as much as possible and that made me develop an eating disorder where I cannot eat much anymore. I did lose a lot of weight but I’m still strong for my size and am still hella muscular

Starting now I'm gonna 1) go for a run about 20-25 mins in the morning at 5:30 am 2) workout 30 mins in the evening 8 pm 3) eat healthy Will edit this comment as soon as I see any gains 👍
It really depends on what you train for. If you start running powerlifting programs early and start with like a 60 kilo bench then you could maybe get to 100 kilos in a year. But if you start super light with a 20 kilo bench and don’t train for strength then it’ll likely take you much longer to get there.

Bench shouldn’t be done lots. It’s good to bench only once or twice a week heavy to build hypertrophy as it is very taxing and demands high energy bc of it being fairly inefficient for growth

He's right though, 100kg is a good ball park weight for men to aspire towards. It puts you above average, without it being too difficult to achieve or sustain. You can hit that even whilst being lean and flexible.
